'' Oli..!!! You are going to be late for the school if you don't wake up right now''

I heard my aunt screaming outside of my door.

''Ugh... I hate school'' I muttered while walking to the bathroom like a zombie. You can see, I'm really not a morning person. Since it was first day of the school after a long break it was really hard to wake up early.

After having hot shower I got dressed in skinny jeans and a navy blue top I really loved. While doing make up I looked at my reflection through the mirror. I had the same features as my dad. With wavy honey brown hair, green eyes, creamy skin and the straight nose I looked like a carbon copy of my dad. I really missed him and my family a lot.

I snapped out of my thoughts hearing my phone ring. It was my best friend Samantha.

''Hey Sa_''

'' Damn woman! What are you still doing inside of the house. Come out right now or I'll leave you''

She screamed through the phone and hung up not even letting me finish my greeting. I know she would do that. Since she was my ride to school and I'm deadly scared to drive a vehicle after the accident I had to hurry.

I ran down the stairs to get out.

''Oli...your breakfast?''

My aunt asked as she saw me running.

''I'm late aunt M. Sam is going to kill me if I stay one more second''

I said her while grabbing an apple and kissing her cheek.

''Bye... see you later''

I yelled while running out of the door.

I could hear her saying 'love you' and her laugh.

Aunt Maria is my mom's younger sister. She is only 36 years old. She is a kind and loving woman. She is the one who took care of me for 11 years after my parent's death.

My aunt is more like a friend to me.

The thing I can't understand is why she wouldn’t get married. Her husband died just after two years they got married, from a cancer. She was only 25 then. She has been single since then and never dated another man.

When I asked about it from her all she said was that her late husband was love of her life and she can't think of another man in her life except him. Some times I really feel bad for her. My poor aunt.

As I ran out of the door I saw my bestie's car parked out side of my house.

"Always impatient.. Aren’t you ma little red head''

I mocked my best friend while getting on her car.

Her personality matches with her fiery red hair.''

''Oh shut up Oli... you are always late''

She replied me rolling her eyes.

''Come on Sam... You know sleeping is my hobby.''

I said while poking her. I could see corners of her lips turning upwards. I know she can't be mad at me more than five minutes.

''Whatever loser... so are you ready to be a senior?''

She asked me with an exited face.

''Yeah yeah... only thing I'm exited is getting out of that hell hole''

I replied her shrugging while munching my breakfast-well Apple. (Thanks to my best friend.)

It's not like I'm not good at studies or anything. I had perfect grades and I had lot of friends. The thing is listening to long lectures and writing notes bored me to death. Well I'm a really lazy person.

"Oh come on girl. You know you love school. And I'm pretty sure Kevin is going to ask you out this year''

Sam teased me making me choke on the bite I took from the apple.

''Kevin? Are you crazy...? He is just a friend Sam. He doesn't like me that way''

I said her after a coughing fit.

Kevin is the Captain of the foot ball team of our school and he is a good friend of me. Girls swooned over his 6'2 feet height, fit body and warm blue eyes.

Yes he is hot. But I never felt any attraction towards him.

He is more like a best buddy of mine.

''Just a friend my ass. He is totally in to you Oli. What's wrong with going out with him? You are single and he is hot.... OH MY! Are you a lesbian Oli?''

Sam asked me with wide eyes.

''Stop over acting Sam. You know I had boyfriends before. And no, we are not going to go out"

I said her rolling my eyes.

I had few boyfriends in the past but currently single. I was never that much of serious with them and the relationships ended like in month or two. I never felt tingles and fireworks with any of them.

"Yeah we will see it..."

Sam said parking the car on a parking spot.

We got out of the car and walk toward the main door.

"Here comes the lover boy"

Sam said in a low voice giggling.

At the same time I saw Kevin walking toward us with his two best buddies Matt and Dylan. They were also foot ball players.

"Keep your mouth shut Sammy"

I muttered and smiled at Kevin.

"Hey Kevin, Matt Dylan"

I greeted them waving. Sam waved them too. Specially Matt. She had a huge crush on him.

"Hey Oli.. Sam... After a long time.''

Kevin said hugging us.

I could feel sluts throwing daggers through their eyes toward us. Jealous bitches. They hate us for being friends with the foot ball team and mainly Kevin. Kevin was my neighbor and childhood best friend for 6 years, before he moved away last year. So we were close friends. Since he is always hanging out with his foot ball team buddies I became friends with them eventually. Sam being my best friend made her their friend too.

"Yeah I'm pretty sure you missed O_"

Sam started. I knew what is she going to say and quickly pinched her arm making her stop.

"Crap... We are going to be late guys. See you later"

I said quickly and dragged Sam through the main door waving at Kevin and his friends.

"Woman... Watch your mouth"

I grumbled at Sam. Mouth of her really doesn't know limits.

"Oh come on grumpy pants... I was just stating the facts"

Sam said laughing at me.

"No idiot... You were making me uncomfortable"

Sometimes she loved to annoy me.

"Whatever... you know you love me babe"

She sang hugging me side way.

"Yeah yeah let’s go to the class before the bell ring"

I said her rolling my eyes and trying to stop my smile. I could never be mad at her.

We entered the class and sat on our usual seats. Sam had a similar schedule as me except few periods.

She sat at my right side, but the seat at the left side of me was empty. It was Jake's seat. But he moved over seas at the end of the last year. Well I can always put my bag there.

I was chatting with Sam so I didn't even see Mr.Levi entering the class.

"Good morning kids... after a long time. Aren't we..."

He greeted the class with a warm smile.

Mr. Levi was one of the few teachers students loved. He was around 40 old cool guy who was always in a cheerful mood.

"OK guys lets start you senior year first lecture"

He said making us stop doing all other things.

Suddenly door opened and unfamiliar boy entered the class.

All I could see was his back since he was talking to Mr. Levi.

Ge was around 6'3 and well-build. Girls in the front rows started swoon.

Come on girls you didn't even see his face, just his head full of black hair.

Some of the girls in our class are really desperate.

I rolled my eyes and just doodle on my book.

"Well class we have new student.

Would you like to introduce yourself?"

I heard Mr. Levi asking the new boy.

"Well... I'm Nathan Chandler. But call me Nate"

A deep voice replied. I can assure you half of the female population in my class just died. Literally.

"Man... he is hot"

Sam whispered to me. I looked at her with a raised eyebrow.

Then I heard Mr. Levi saying my name. I knew my bag is not that lucky. It's going to lose its seat. I sign and looked at the teacher.

"Nathan... you can take the seat next to Olivia."

Mr.Levi told the new boy showing me.

Then I looked at him.

My eyes locked with a pair of silver eyes. My world went blank and I felt a shiver went through my spin. I couldn't take my eyes away nor could I blink.

Only thing came to my mind was

'WHAT THE HELL'
