As the aircraft doors closed and cabin lights dimmed to a soft amber, the story truly began.
And like every film noir ever written, the villain did not enter with fanfare. He entered with silence. And eyes that saw far too much.
Taehyung took Seat 1A without looking at anyone. Not even the steward who welcomed him with a bow.
He sat like he owned the plane. Like he could own the plane, if he wanted to.
A flight attendant. A man.
A vision in navy and silver.
Taehyung’s lips curved into a smile that no one saw—but it was the kind of smile that started wars and ruined families.

The hum of the aircraft was low and steady, like a heartbeat in the chest of the sky.
Warm yellow lights glowed overhead, casting a gentle hue across the business class cabin of the midnight Seoul-to-London flight.
Outside the windows, the world was an infinite stretch of ink. Inside, there was silence—peaceful, measured, and elegant.
Jeon Jungkook moved down the aisle like a breeze in human form.
There was grace in the way he walked, posture tall, movements fluid, with the quiet confidence of someone who knew how to handle both turbulence and temper tantrums.
His uniform was tailored, fitted perfectly over his lithe frame. A name tag rested on his chest: J. Jeon, Senior Flight Attendant.
He smiled when spoken to. He bowed slightly when handing a napkin.
He thanked passengers with a soft nod and moved on without lingering. He was trained not to.
But from Seat 1A, a pair of eyes lingered on him.
Kim Taehyung sat reclined, legs crossed, a crystal glass of untouched champagne resting in his hand.
He hadn’t looked away since boarding. His gaze trailed Jungkook like a shadow that clung stubbornly to light.
He didn’t blink. Didn’t flinch. He just watched—as if the entire world had slowed down for this one performance.
The moment Jungkook reached his row, Taehyung straightened slightly.
A small smirk ghosted on his lips, as though he’d been waiting for this precise second.
Jungkook turned toward him, unaware of the storm wrapped in Gucci seated before him.
