Alexander.
Alexander Ivanov, one hundred and ten years old, one of the best warriors and future alpha of the Crescent Moon pack.
That's me, an intelligent man who watches over the well-being of his pack every day, I strive every day to become an alpha, who takes care of his pack, as my parents have done all these years. I've been looking for my mate for a while, but, as you can see, I haven't been able to find her.
I had been in the office all day helping my father with all the pack's affairs, normally it is something I do twice a week, the rest I spend training or rolling around with some she-wolf.
Well, I can tell you, I am a responsible man, but I have my needs. Around three in the afternoon, a warrior informs us that we have a visitor.
No pack had notified us that they would send someone, so we went on alert. The visitor turned out to be an envoy from Alpha William, who was requesting help, as an earthquake had destroyed a large part of his pack and they had nowhere to go.
Quickly, we prepared for the arrival of everyone, especially to attend to the wounded. Luckily, the resources of our pack allow us to indulge ourselves and help those who need us.
It was two days of waiting, around five in the afternoon the warriors warned us that they were approaching. So we went to the entrance to receive them.
"It's her," said Ares, my wolf.
I didn't understand what he meant, he was a little restless, I felt the same, but I didn't know why I felt that way. A slight scent of fresh flowers reached me. The scent was not strong, but I could perceive it. In the distance I could see a group of people approaching.
A beautiful girl, with white hair, stood out among everyone. It was like seeing an angel, her face conveyed peace, her white hair was impressive, as I had never seen a she-wolf with a similar characteristic, she was truly a goddess.
It was her, she was the woman that the Moon Goddess had chosen for me, but she was just a child. I looked at my father and he understood what was happening. A smile formed on his face, then he looked at Alina, one of our best warriors.
Everything around me disappeared, she was the only thing I could see, I didn't understand how it was possible that I could recognize her, as it was evident that she had not yet had her first transformation.
"We can't accept her," Ares said. "She's a child, she won't be able to handle the position of luna, it's dangerous for her, we must protect her."
I said nothing, because I knew he was right, but I had to take things calmly, because I couldn't reject her yet, she hadn't come of age yet. But it would be difficult for me to resist having her close.
"Alexander," said my father, bringing me back.
"I'm sorry, Father, what were you saying?" I said.
"I was introducing you to Alina's family." I turned to see and it was her next to a man who was surely her father. "He is Agustin, my great friend and his daughter Daria."
"It's a pleasure, Alexander Ivanov, you don't know how my father and Alina have been looking for you all these years," I said with a smile.
"Young Alpha, the pleasure is all mine," said the man shaking my hand.
"Thank you for the welcome," she said.
Her voice made my wolf howl; all my skin crawled.
"It was nothing, welcome," I said before almost running away.
What was happening to me, the force of attraction I felt towards her was wreaking havoc on my head, I had to put distance immediately. No one, except my father, should find out that she was my future mate. Desperate, I locked myself in my room, it wasn't long before my mother appeared.
"What are you doing here, shouldn't you be helping your father?" she asked me.
"I just came to rest a little," I lied.
"She is beautiful," she told me. "When she was born, we were all impressed. She was the most beautiful baby in the whole pack. Finally, that attack happened and she and her father disappeared."
"I don't know who you're talking about," I lied again.
"I don't know how you knew that she will be your companion, but you should know that she will be a great luna," she said before leaving my room.
The reason my mother knew was because my father had told her. Now I know that I shouldn't have let my father know, that complicates things a bit, but it doesn't matter, I must stay away.
When I was calmer, I returned to my work, there was a lot to do, so I had to concentrate. My father and the warriors helped accommodate everyone, according to the severity of their injuries. I was in charge of organizing all the personal items that we were going to deliver.
We were not talking about a small group of people, we were talking about an entire pack. So the work was a lot and more when trying to control my impulses, from running after Daria.
I felt more relaxed, when she left with her parents, but at the same time, I felt a great sadness when I felt her far away.
The truth is that this issue of the bond was something that caused problems, in addition there was something that I had to find out and that was the fact that my bond with her had awakened before she had her transformation. Since it is something that does not happen.
When I finished my tasks, I went to my room to rest. I had many things in my head, so I tried to relax by taking a shower. But it didn't work, because those amber eyes, which I had engraved in my mind, decided not to leave me alone.
Desperate, I called Lucrecia, a she-wolf who usually rolls around with me; she didn't take long to arrive.
Seeing her enter my room, I pounced on her like a beast. All her clothes were torn to shreds; if I knew it, I was acting impulsively, but somehow I had to get that girl out of my head.
"Alpha," she whispered in a seductive voice, I didn't want to hear her.
"Be quiet," I ordered her and she obeyed.
The truth was that I was not at all delicate, I unloaded all my frustration on her. It was wrong, I knew it, but, I couldn't control my emotions.
