Cole was standing near the helipad. Two men in black suits were also standing behind him and they were looking at the helicopter which was landing on the helipad.
As it landed, the door of the helicopter opened and Silas stepped out from it with a man in all black. He walked a few steps away from the helicopter and Cole ran to him then joined him, walking straight to the car.

Sir… thank God you came… I thought that –
Cole immediately stopped blabbering because of the death glare of Silas. His man opened the door for him and he got inside. Cole was seated beside him and his men were in the front seats.
Silas Romano ★ML
Where is Cameron?
Silas asked and Cole gulped before giving him an answer.
Cole Valentino ★ML's assistant
He's waiting for you in the office.
Silas nodded and looked outside from the window. He came back from the business trip and now instead of going home, he was going to the office to meet his friend, his business partner and his life saver.
Cameron and Silas were together for ages. Silas was half french and half American on the other hand, Cameron was whole American, calmest and intelligent person.
Both were the opposite. One thing that is common in them was their mindset about business. And that's the reason they were together till now.
Soon, they arrived at the office building and Silas got down from the car before his men. Cole immediately ran after him inside the building.
Ignoring everyone he straight gets in the elevator. Silas was cold and everyone was aware of this fact. He was a business tycoon and was the youngest businessman among all the people.
The thing that attracted the people most was his eyes. The blue icy eyes, hiding the darkest secrets in them. He knows well how to mask his feelings behind his coldness and that's why women like to get along with him which he doesn't like a bit.
On the other hand, Cameron was nice and easy to deal with. He treats women nicely which they kinda like but not too much because you know… we always want that sh!t which we can't get easily.
Elevator doors opened and he stepped out from it, walking straight to his cabin. Before he could open the door Cole interrupted.

Sir, you have a –
Silas immediately took the envelope from his hand and got inside the cabin, shutting the door on Cole's face. Silas saw Cameron sitting on the sofa which was lying right in front of his desk.
Silas walked deep in and left the envelope on the table, in front of Cameron. He then walked to the huge glass window of his cabin which was from ceiling to the floor.
Cameron took a glance at him before picking up that envelope. It was the invitation from the charity gala which Silas has joined recently.

Aren't you going there?
Cameron asked him without looking at him and Silas took a deep breath. A silence took place between them and then Silas broke it.
One word answer, as usual. He doesn't talk too much until it's very, very important. Cameron sighed and looked at his back. Silas blue icy eyes were dark and empty.

I think Victor will also be there.
And there his blue icy eyes sparkled again. He didn't respond but slowly turned around. Cameron noticed it sparkle in his eyes. Silas lazily walked to his desk, resting his b*tt on it.

How are you so sure?
Silas asked him with no expression and Cameron again sighed.

Victor is an old member of this organization and… you joined it recently because of him.
Again a silence took place between them. Both were just staring straight in each other's eyes.

When are you going to take action?
Silas Romano ★ML
Soon.. very soon..
After a pause Silas responded and Cameron looked away.
