Her Dreams

Harriet was standing in a beautiful valley, she was happy to

see the view of the beautiful mountains and the waterfall

flowing in front of her, birds chirping and a rainbow that was

visible even without rain. The view was so beautiful that she

got lost in the beauty of the view. Suddenly she realized that

the weather had started changing, the cold air started blowing

and her body started chilling in the cold.

And for a few moments, there were dark clouds in the sky,

lightning strikes that made Harriet scared and with the

thunder of lightning, she felt a twinge on her neck. She held

the neck with her hand as she felt pain. She stood there and

looked around to see what was happening but she could not

understand anything when she heard a deep voice, “Casiophia

come to me”. She could not understand what was happening,

she started thinking in her mind, who is calling and whom? so

she shouted and asked, "Who is there?" but she didn’t get any

answer.

She was so scared, she had tears in her eyes and she

was trying to run away but as if her legs were frozen she

could not even move from her place when she realized that

there was something near her feet and looked down.A person was lying, his face could not be seen.

She sat down

and touched him to see his face but she felt something in her

hand and when she saw that it was blood, she was scared to

see the blood, then the person muttered, “I am sorry

Casiophia, please forgive me.”

Harriet could not understand anything, so she again tried to

see the person's face, but before she could understand

anything, she got a bit shocked and she fell into the icy

trench.

After a while she found herself in bed in her room, soaked

with sweat and tears in her eyes. Then the sound of the alarm

clock caught her attention and she remembered that she had

slept.

For a while, she lay on her bed thinking about her dream, why

she often saw this dream and murmured in herself,

“Who was the one who was apologizing and to whom? And

who is Casiophia?”

Harriet was in her thoughts when a voice

called out to her, "Harriet hurry or else you will be late for

college again. "Hearing her voice, she remembered that she

had to go to college too, so she got up and went to prepare for

college. A woman in the kitchen was cooking food, she was

her mother.

“Good morning mom” Harriet said while hugging her mother.

“Good morning my dear, Have breakfast,” her mother said

while giving her breakfast.

She said goodbye to her mother and left for college.

On the way to the daily place, she found her friend Elli and

the two friends kept talking and reached college.

Wellspring College was a very famous college in MillerVille

City. She was one of those special children who had the

distinction of studying in the Wellspring College because her

mother wanted to give her a good education after her father

passed away.

Nothing special happened in the college, like every day,

Professors taught. A new boy in Harriet's class who was

transferred to her college a month ago tried to talk to her.

"Hello, Harriet," Azazel greeted.

"Hello" she replied with an irritated look.

"Would you like to grab a coffee today, please do not refuse

because you have rejected my offer about ten times in the last

month, please say yes today"

"Oh Please Please Not Again"

“Please once just once " he pleads“Ok but only today”

“Thank you,” he said and in excitement, he hugged her.

In the break, she told about Azazel to Elli. She was very

excited and was listening to the whole thing. She said, “I

think he likes you.”

Harriet was shocked and said hesitantly, “there is nothing like

that.” After college, both left for home.

It was around 7:30 in the evening. Harriet was ready to go

with Azazel, she was looking gorgeous in her light blue dress.

She was getting a little nervous from inside as she was going

with a boy for the first time. That's when her phone rang,

“Hello, Harriet, I'm coming to pick you up, are you ready?”

“Yes.” she hung up.

After some time both of them reached a restaurant. Harriet

looked around and guessed that it was an expensive

restaurant.

Both were sitting silent when Azazel broke the silence while

asking something,

“What about your family?”

“My mother and I,” she replied.

With this, the two started talking and became so engrossed in

talking that they forgot the time.At around ten o'clock, the ring of Azazel's phone caught the

attention of both of them.

“Hello! ok, I’m coming,” he said and ended the call.

“What happened?” She asked, getting worried.

“Nothing serious but I have to go, I hope you don’t mind, I'm

leaving you here alone”

“No no it’s fine I’ll manage” she assured him and he went.

It was dark, she was going back home when she heard some

voices coming from a dark alley, she was so anxious that she

could not stop herself and started walking in the direction of

the voice, but she stopped at some distance and saw a person

was kneeling on the ground and one was standing but she

could not see their faces. But one thing that caught her

attention was the person who was standing with his shirt’s

sleeve bent up to the elbow and there was a strange mark on

his left arm. The person who was sitting was crying with

folded hands. Harriet was horrified to see this and pressed her

mouth with both her hands and quietly left for her house from

there.

The next day in college, when she was talking with Elli, she

asked her, “And how was the date with Azazel?”“The first thing is that it was not a date and secondly it was

nothing special, just drank coffee and talked for a while and

suddenly he got a call from someone and he left in a hurry.

But,” Harriet kept quiet for a while

“But what ?” “nothing,”

“Oho! Just tell me, I know you want to tell me something, so

why are you silent? Tell me.”

And then Harriet told Elli whatever she saw on the way.

Azazel came there when both were talking.

“Hello girls” he shook hands.

“Hey Azazel, how are you?” Elli asked him.

“I'm fine, you tell me, what else were you talking about?”

Harriet did not say anything and remained silent.

“Nothing but yours and...” Elli was about to say but Harriet

covered her mouth with her hand, “Nothing…. Nothing…”

Harriet said awkwardly.

In a few days, Azazel had a good friendship with Harriet and

Elli, and they got quite mingled. Sometimes Elli used to

jokingly say Azazel and Harriet were a couple. Azazel might

not have any problem with this, but Harriet did not like this

thing and Often she used to get annoyed with Elli.
