Chapter 1

I am Anna, Anna Keith. Well, I am here in one of the favorite cities of mine Tokyo, City of lights. After three years, the city seems to have a lot of change, or maybe it isn't the city, it maybe because of the person who is missing, Alan Stone, the boy whom I wish who were here.

The first time I saw Alan was in the airport. He was wearing a tight jeans with a black t-shirt, I remember he had a crooked smile which could always lighten up people's mood. He was so cheerful and kind unlike me who couldn't even help my friend. No, don't ask me what happened to her, I'm not ready to share it yet, I couldn't help tears flowing from my cheeks when I think of her.

Now first I have to find a hotel I'm going to stay in. Mr.Brook let me come here before my colleagues.Oh, I forgot to say this Mr.Brook is the company manager, who is always grumpy and whiny, he is so stingy about spending the company money, it is so surprising that he let me come to Tokyo in advance in company's sponsor, I thought I was dreaming even until yesterday.Luckily I wasn't.

Walking in these pavements of airports brings back memories of us.I came here to find him, to bring back the magical spark, even thinking of it gives butterflies in my stomach. I can well imagine a brown haired 18 year old girl sitting in the waiting bench unhappy and depressed about something in her life who also had to go through next 24 hours waiting in the airport for her flight but little did she know she would wish the 24 hours lasted longer. That's me.

I took a taxi to Honeysuckle Hotel where I was going to for next few months.The drive wasn't long, I reached there soon. It was a suite room, very luxurious but I didn't feel like relaxing, I wanted to go out and explore, actually because it may have even a bit chance of bumping into him.

I wore my red jacket, locked my door to take a walk. I could feel a chilly breeze of early march morning brush across my face just like that day, 14th March, the day I would never forget, a lot happened that day. Speaking of it, will Alan remember me like I remember him. What should I say when I meet him?Will he be the same person I know? Even thinking of it makes my stomach twist.

Wait! Is that Alan? Its the same dark brown hair, a slim hot body...
