Jade arrived at the hotel with her brother Ronan accompanying her to the door. Ronan was known as the CEO of the King’s hotel, while Rockey handled another company, Fashion World Company. Unlike her brothers in high-ranking CEO positions, Jade possessed a passion for cooking, inspired by her late grandfather who shared the same love.

Making her way to the hotel's kitchen department as a newly hired chef, Jade introduced herself to the team, warmly welcomed by everyone. The Head Chef assigned her duties and responsibilities, and Jade relished the experience of cooking in this environment. Though the kitchen staff was unaware of her status as the owner's daughter, the Head Chef, a friend of Jade's late grandfather, recognized her but kept it discreet.

Her first task involved preparing a seafood dish, specifically milk-steamed scallops, ordered by a guest. The Head Chef was known for his strict assertions : if a newbie chef's dish returned completely empty, they passed; if not, they left on their own.

While cleaning the scallops, Jade encountered some difficulty. However, with the help of her colleagues' silent guidance, she managed to finish on time. Her creation was served to the guests, awaiting their response to her culinary skills.

As the dish returned, to everyone's surprise, it came back as an empty plate—a clear indication that the customers relished her cooking. Applause erupted in the kitchen, and Jade thanked her colleagues for their assistance. The Head Chef, while smiling, maintained a stern demeanor, emphasizing the importance of caution ⚠️ in cooking. He left, leaving a lasting impression.

Another chef approached Jade, sharing their own experiences and offering encouragement, reminding her to learn from mistakes. Jade acknowledged her error but resolved to learn from everyone around her.

After completing her shift, Jade left the hotel, where Ronan awaited her.

"How was your first day, little princess?" Ronan asked as they approached the car.

"It was good. I made a tiny mistake, but hey, the customers finished every bit of my dish," Jade replied playfully, showing a cute expression.

"That's a relief. I was worried you'd be in tears dealing with Chef Erich; he's quite stringent, no matter who they are," Ronan commented as they got into the car.

"He's strict, but I kind of like him," Jade said, fastening her seatbelt. "Brother, can you take me to the supermarket?" she requested, and Ronan agreed.

Arriving at a local minimart, they entered.

"What do you need?" Ronan inquired, observing the displayed ingredients.

"I want to buy some ingredients for cooking," Jade replied, prompting curiosity from Ronan.

"Our kitchen isn't lacking in ingredients," Ronan noted.

"Of course, Aunt Yuri takes care of our cooking. These are for my fiancé; I want to cook for him," Jade explained, surprising Ronan with her sincerity. He remarked on her dedication to her fiancé but teased her for not cooking for her brothers or parents.

"Our parents, of course, I do cook for them as a beloved daughter. But for you, I say no… you should learn from brother Rockey who found his personal chef, referring to Rockey’s girlfriend," Jade chuckled. Ronan felt a bit embarrassed by her comment and watched as Jade headed to the counter to pay, leaving him stunned. "You little girl, Dara to taste your brother."
