Chapter 2 - Two path

I didn’t hesitate but to help Yu Ju with her work. She is the editor of this department. For the make up company. I started to work hard as I promised Mr. Lee that I would do better and not waste any time out there. It been almost 2 weeks since I work here but everything seem so troubling to work with Yu Ju and Han Jun Park. “Miss Kim, can you come in my office.” I went in with Mr. Lee. “Miss Kim, could you work on this paper work and submit to me by the evening.” I nodded my head “My work was overload that I haven’t had time to spend with Ro Woon and Ro Eun. “I’m gonna start working on it right now?” I ask to leave right now. “Miss Kim, how you been.” I shake up “I’m been great Mr.Oh. I haven’t seen you since last time interview.” Mr. Oh is very kind unlike some people who like to torture people with lots of work. “Mr. Oh, are you closed with Mr. Lee.” I ask him because I want to know what Mr. Lee like. If he was a good person. “Are you curious about Mr.Lee. Do you like Mr. Lee.” I felt stun “Nope, it not like that I’m just asking what kind of person Mr.Lee is.” He stared at my small eyes. “Well Mr. Lee is a cold person but he actually caring. When I was young Mr.Lee help me out so much with college money and got me the job to work in his company as his personal mangers. Mr. Lee and I are like closed brother.”

So if Mr. Lee is like that type of person why is he so different on me. “Miss Kim. What about you, are you struggling with something or hiding about something you don’t want us to know.” He look like he was serious about something. “I’m okay, and there nothing I be hiding .” Moment to be confused about

The next morning I went to work, Ye Won Kim can you help me get some coffee. Yu Ju Kim asked me to buy everyone coffee. I’m an piss off with her right now! How many more do I have to deal with her? That asshole and Han Jun Park are both someone I wish could leave my life for once. “Okay I will buy you coffee.” It was actually my break time anyway. I went to get my car and buy coffee as Yu Ju Kim asked of me. When I got back to the company I saw Yu Ju Kim and Han Jun Park talking and kissing each other. “I like you Yu Ju, a lots more than your sister.” Han Jun Park said, I always have notice a thing between them when I started dating Han Jun Park. He such an *** liar and freak. “My sister is the stupidest person on earth. Who would have know we were able to drug her that night.” I heard everything between them. I drop the coffee on the floor. “So this was all your plan Han Jun Park, Yu Ju Kim. You guy deserve to died.” As I attack them with my anger. Han Jun Park slapped me in the face protecting Yu Ju Kim. “You son of a bastard, don’t you dare touch Yu Ju Kim like that. You just a pathetic loser like before. If you would have known I didn’t even like you since day one . If I would have known you are a big loser I wouldn’t dare you.” I give him a big slap across the face. “You big jerk, both of you. You both have done so much to try and destroy my life like that I will make you regret this day.” I said. As I went out the room feeling deep pain. I was stabbed in the back by my sister and boyfriend. I left the company door and bump into Mr. Lee. He saw my red eyes . He was trying to comfort me. Then I got a phone call. “Yeah, Hye Rin what is it?” I said she was trembling on the phone. “Ye Won come home quick, Ro Woon and Ro Eun got sick we need to go the hospital.” I was shock. “What you mean?” I was panicking “I think they got poison or something? I’m shaking right now come home quick.” I need to stay calm “Hye Rin, get them to the hospital I’ll meet you up.” I hang up the phone . Shaking my hand and body “Mr. Lee I need to go home quick, I’m sorry but I need to go I will do everything tomorrow.” As the elevator door open I rush out Mr. Lee follow behind. “Miss Kim.” He called me from afar. “Let me take you home.” I nodded my head, Apparently Mr. Lee isn’t that bad. Why on earth is he being nice to me ?

I came home to grab some clothes for Ro Woon and Ro Eun. Then I grab something for them to eat my poor children what could happen toward them.

Despite all the furious in me and worry I need to stay calm for my baby. I rush in the hospital with Mr. Lee standing next to me. “Hye Rin, What happened can you explain to more the detail.” She start explaining the detail of what happen. As the doctor came out of the room. “Are you the gurdian of the kids.” I nodded my head. “Doctor, how is the kid?” I asked. “Nothing much they are fine it just a little bit food poisoning.” Oh my gosh my poor children. My heart ache so much seeing my baby like this. I went in the room. "Ro Woon, Ro Eun . Mommy sorry about everything." I give them a hug crying feeling hurt inside me. Rowoon wipe my tear the two were by my side as I hug both of them tightly. I make sure they were asleep so I can get back to work. But I was scared that my baby would be scare so I stay here to watch them. I text Mr. Lee about staying here for while and that I taking off couple of day.

The next morning Tuesday Nov 3,2020. As I woke up cooking for my baby some food I even thought I could take good care of my baby. They need me more then anything. Then I went and drove them to school. As it’s was a tough drive. Later that evening I went to pick them up at school but I saw Mr. Lee was with them talking to them. “Hi Kids,” Mr. Lee Said smiling at the boy. “Hi Mr.” They both said. I wonder what he doing. "You guy are very cute." he said expressing himself. "sorry sir, mommy told us not to talk to stranger." Ro Woon tell him. I was standing there and looking at what was happening. why would Mr. Lee come here . Prehaps do he have kids, does that mean this man is marry? "Your mom must be proud of you. you kids are very smart?" Mr. Lee said. "Mommy is great person, she work hard to raised us. mommy always here for us in first place but sometime we feel bad for mommy." Ro Eun talk to Mr. Lee. "Kids," I called them. "Mr. Lee what are you doing here? Oh I see you must be picking up your kids too right? well then we get going then."

Mr Lee started calling for us “Wait Miss Kim.” I stood there holding both Ro Woon and Ro Eun hand tightly. “Is there anything you need to said to me.” he didn’t said anything at all so I think I should leave. “If there nothing I get going.”

Mr. Lee POW

“Mr. Oh I need you to search in detail for Miss Kim and her two kids.” Something very familiar have hit my so hard. “Why is Miss Kim raising two children. Where is her husband at?” Everything I need to know about Miss Kim. Later that day I talk with Mr. Oh it seem like he found some stuff about Miss Kim life. “I’ve look at everything about Miss Kim. She is a single mother with two kids Ro Woon and Ro Eun. I heard that she doesn’t have a husband. I think five year ago something happen to Miss Kim when she was 20 years old. She was pregnant with someone and so her dad kick her out of the house. So she also have dropped out of college trying to raised the baby by herself.” Mr Oh look deep into every single detail. “What about the father of the baby? Do you know who the father of the baby is?” Sigh of relief. “From what I heard she also have a step sister name Yu Ju Kim, whose apparently working in our company right now. And Han Jun Park was her ex boyfriend who dumped Miss Kim to be with her step sister.” Oh my. I couldn’t even think but Miss Kim went through all that tough time but she still can smiles. I guess it hard for her to even work and take care of her own kids like that. “Mr.Oh I want you to look deeper into Miss Kim past." the phone call ended.

After some while I took a shower and cook some food for my baby. Ro Woon and Ro Eun come out and eat. “Mommy, who was that uncle.” Ro Woon question me. “That Uncle is Mommy Boss.” I explain to them detail. It been 3 days now since I stop working. I need my job and money so I could raised Ro Woon and Ro Eun. I finally went back to work. “Welcome back Ye Won.” Jae smiling at me. As I sat down next toward them. What could happened right at this moment. “Miss Kim, come to my office.”

I headed in with Mr.Lee “Yes Mr. Lee, Is there anything you want me to do.” He look at me quitely he leaned toward me hoping for something. “Mr. Lee if you done talking Im gonna take a leave.” Then he grab hold of my hand. “Have dinner with me tonight.” He said. “Mr. Lee I think you taking it off a bit. I am busy today I don’t think I could have dinner with you.” Looking at Mr. Lee face and body, he sure smell good. He also have that handsome face of him. Sharp jawline he super handsome. His body those 6 packs is killing me as we make deep eye contact with each other. I blushing up right now so I push Mr. Lee out. "Miss Kim, come on have dinner with me tonight. you could bring Ro Woon and Ro Eun with. I come pick you up at 8:40.” I couldn’t just reject my boss like that. Later that night I got dress and my boss was downstairs. I went down with Ro Woon and Ro Eun. “Hey, Kids. How have you been.” Mr. Lee greeted them very pilotly. The kid are exciting as always. We went to the restaurant he reserved. It was a luxury place I could never afford to go.

As I sat down the restaurant and everything was so luxury. I didn’t know what to do I was quiet for a moment. Taking care of Ro Woon and Ro Eun. “Miss Kim.” His voice echo across Mr.Lee really have a soft voice that was very sweet. “Miss Kim, what would you like to eat?” He question me, “um……” I take a look at the menu. “Mr. Lee, this place is just too expensive for me.” he look at me and smiled. “It okay it on me.” I didn’t want to make him pay for all this. “Mr. Lee, thank you for your offer but I don’t think I can take this.” he then ask the waiter to come. “I would like to order this and this and this.” He pointed to half of the menu. The dish come out there was so many food. “Mr. Lee don’t you think you order to much.” I asked him. “Not that much if you can’t finish them all you can bring it home for the kids.” Why was he being nice to me? “Miss Kim, I want to asked you a question? If you don’t want to Anwser me it okay. I was wondering about the kids father why isn’t he taking care of them?” That broke into silent. I wish i know where the father is but let just said it was mine one night and everything just happen like that. "Mr. Lee, I don't know how to anwser your question?" I said, "it just it happen all of a sudden for me to realized."

Later that night he drove me home with my kid. Mr. Lee was nice to me and both Ro Woon and Ro Eun. “Bye Bye Mr. Lee, Thanks for everything!” I said. “Bye Uncle.” Both Ro Woon and Ro Eun said as they wave goodbye. “Mommy, Uncle was very nice.” Ro Woon said, “Uncle have a family already we shouldn’t disturb him.” I tell them. The next morning Wed Nov 3,2020. I went to work as I have so many work to do in here. “Ye Won Kim could you please print out some paper for me so I can hand to Mr.Lee.” Yu Ju Kim said. “Why don’t you print yourself.” Jae jump in and defend me. “You have hand you know right? You came here to work Yu Ju Kim not here to demand people to help with your work.” Jae seem angry about this. “Wow Miss Jae I didn’t even asked you, you’re should mine your own business.” Yu Ju yelled at Jae. Jae stand up and is ready to beat the crap out of her. I touch Jae. “It’s okay I will do it.” I didn’t hesitate to said anything. I print out paperwork for Yu Ju as she asked. I am piss off of her but this is work I don’t want to ruin it here. Geez, Ye Won you are so nice to let her bully you like this.” Jae said. “It’s okay I don’t want to cause trouble here at all. I’m used to doing this.” It seem like I’m not okay at all but I don’t want to do anything. I hand out paperwork in for Mr. Lee. “Miss Kim can you finish this assignment I give you.” I took it from his hand. “Sure Mr. Lee. I’ll get going now.” Mr. Lee grab my hand. “Miss Kim, can I talk to you a little bit.” Uhm yeah I nodded. “Is there anything you want?” I asked Mr. Lee. “I’ll just want to know if you need my help.” With what? “What do you mean?” He just stared at me like nothing happened. “If you have trouble just come and ask me.” Then he dismiss me from his officce.
