05: Red Flag?

Days without him had passed. It was only a week before they get back. I’ve been doing nothing but to study, clean, eat, and sleep.

I looked around to see the apartment. It looks more cleaner! I was wearing a black tee partnered with my dark gray striped dolphin shorts.

I’ve been thinking about Kuroo for the past hours. Why hasn’t he texted? It’s already 12 noon, they’re still travelling to get there?

I bought the shorts off an online store, I didn’t really want it, but since the bundle of the things I bought needed 4 items to complete the 12% off, I purchased this.

After I cleaned the apartment, I showered since I was so sticky from cleaning. I also decided to order food instead of cooking, because I was really tired already.

I ordered Yakitoris and Pizza from a restaurant online and decided to put a sheet mask on. The colors were kind of dark-ish olive green and it smelled like tea tree.

After a while, the doorbell rang. I was wearing a white pull-over sweater partnered with my grey sweatpants, and paired with my black indoor fuzzy slippers.

I opened the door to get my food, paid the bill and ate my lunch. As I was eating and watching Netflix, my phone vibrated—a sign that indicates I have received a message.

I checked and it was from Kiyoko, the manager of Karasuno High Volleyball Club. I texted her back.

“Maybe he’s just busy....or so I thought earlier.” I replied, I was checking my nails as I spoke.

‘Y/N, don’t get too paranoid. He’s tired from training, that’s all.’ I spoke in my mind as I covered my face with my hands.

I decided to text Kuroo.

I erased the message.

“Have you eaten?”

What should I ask him first? After not texting nor calling to give me an idea that he had arrived, what should I ask?

As I was thinking, I heard a notification. I checked the notification banner to see that Kuroo texted.
