Pursuit

The boys had started kind of staying away from like they fear him and it was kinda cool. But the problem was that Madam Grace was still absent and it had been three days, he was so worried. He was dying for just one single sight of his crush. He couldn’t live without her. He was missing her so bad. But then he was tired of the waiting and he decided to find her address and go pay a visit and find out what is keeping her for so long. He asked the other teachers but no one knew a lot about her residence. He worked on finding about her so hard but nothing came out. She was like a ghost.

And this great urge of him, made him break into the head masters office and there he got his hands on the faculty records and ‘Thank God. ’ here he found what he was craving for.

Her phone number and address which was kinda absurd and odd cause it showed she lived outside the town in between nowhere. But he was glad that after all he found out. And he was going to meet her today.

He took off towards the address just after college on his cycle and pedalled it all the way towards the outskirt of the town. It was a long journey but he wasn’t feeling the tiniest bit of tiredness.

At last he reached there. It was dark now and in front of him stood a huge house with a lot of lightening and it was so big and it was unique designed and most of it was glass work. It was the best house he had ever seen. The most luxurious house, he wondered how much it would have cost? But he was having a strange feeling that someone was watching him. He shooed the thought away, what nonsense.

He made his way towards the entrance of the house and he was just a few steps away from the door when suddenly someone appeared in front of him out of nowhere.

It made him jump and a small scream escaped his mouth. He was hell shocked, such a goose bump he had given. The person in front of him was a pale boy about his own age and was surely angry. He had deep cold and dark eyes just like Grace. The boy took a step closer and grinned hatefully. It was like he wanted to hurt Clay.

Clay cautiously took a step backwards and said politely trying to ease the air between them, “Hey.. hello, I just wanted to see Grace Steel. Is she here?”

At this the boy was confused and was just thinking what to say, a voice called from the inside, “Bring him inside. ”

It was Grace’s voice, clay was sure and he was so glad and happy to hear the sweet song.

The boy was startled and called back, “But..” she cut him off, “Just bring him in I said. ”
