" Ask her." I frowned at her ..but she was too persistent and completely ignored me like she always does

" Come on ask her " She kept on urging me and I felt completely annoyed at the fact that I was trying to concentrate on my chats.. Yet she kept shaking me

" Skylar cut it.. she's literally in front of you"

" I'm shy" she said with the most cute and appeasing smile as he pushes a strand of hair off her face to the back of her hair.. ..

That didn't work on me, I liked her as my best friend and no matter how cute and gorgeous she gets.. I'll still treat her like a bro..

" When have you ever gotten shy to ask my mom a question"

" It's not just an ordinary question and it's been a secret she hasn't told anyone..."

"Do it yourself, you want info for your paper..do it yourself"

"Skylar sweetie No.. ask her if you want to.." I stood up and strolled over to my friends Jerry and Andrey ..my two best buds , we've all known each other since elementary school..

Jerry is a basketball player he also plays football.. he's tall , a sweetheart and all the ladies swirl around him no matter what where he goes..he had short black hair blue eyes and had cheekbones.. enough said about Jerry..

Andrey blonde long curls , an asshole like me, he played only football and participated on sports, they all did well when it came to looks..

Andrey was the face of the campus last year, he had nice structured body I know that cause he always takes off his clothes in the football field or when he's taking swimming class, he literally drags me everywhere he goes...

Making girls swool his name all around the field...

They were my two pals buddies ....

They were both focused on the TV in front of them..I glanced over at what they were watching..oh.. right no wonder they're so focused on the screen as if their life's depended on it....

It was that show called botched on E channel.. the show was just based on sugery, if you wanted bigger bums bigger tits , or rectify your ugly nose..

And right now they were showing a really fat lady with huge ass and tits..if you really wanted to you could sit on her ass..or place a can of beer in there, and according to what I was seeing she was asking for the doctor for more ass implant.. Which made my buds chuckle, according to the doctor if she had another implant with all her fat it could result terribly..

" Jerry " I heard may call..still focused on the TV in front of me..

" Jerry" The name rang louder..turned to jerry who was probably ignoring her..till a plastic water bottle hit his head...

Turning around he met Skylar furious eyes glaring intently at him...

His hand found a way to his hair rubbing it gently..

" still gonna ignore me"

" you physopath , that could have injured me"

" no worries there baby brother, we're in the hospital aren't we"

" You know that favor you owe me.

" Uh"

" Last week, you were grounded..but yet you snuck out with my help, remember when I said if you succeed you owe me a favor"

" Good , Now remember The sleeping Prince.."

" Oh God ..not that again"

" Go and ask"

" no way , even though miss Taylor is nice..she's scary"

" You owe me a favor.. And am asking for your help...are you gonna deny me"

I was confused as Andrey , we both exchanged dry looks while they talked...But somehow I had an idea what they were talking about... The sleeping Prince reminds me of the carton I once watched with Carly ..The Sleeping Princess..

Yet I couldn't fully remember what she meant by the Sleeping Prince, I know I've heard her say that name now and then..I couldn't just remember what it meant I felt I knew what they were talking about, it was at the tip of my tongue yet I couldn't reach...

" Fine.. If I die, I will hunt you down for the rest of your life" Jerry finally spoke in defeat.. He got up and walked over to my mom who was sitting going through a magazine..

" Guys what's going on" Andrey said looking at me who shrugged my shoulder , he went over to them and I followed..

I practically stood on her left and the others were on her right...

Carly had piano lessons every Saturday in the morning and it was nice in this case I didn't want her in an hospital,I could never get used to it..

My friends had surprised me when they showed up here this morning, The news spread faster than I thought it did..and I was thankfully they kept me company if they weren't here I'd be so bored....

I sat by the side of her bed which wasn't occupied with her body looking at the three of them..

Skylar was the most popular girl in school , she also writes the school paper and takes care of the school websites...

She swims and takes part in cheerleaders for the school sports..

She had nice long legs, light brown hair, she was skinny and she had nice body structure, she and jerry were siblings, she was older with a year both had blue eyes, we've had all been friends since anyone could remember.. And the four of us were a gang no one dare cross..

" Aunty" Jerry spoke up

" Told you to call me Taylor.. I'm still young"

" sorry.. Hmm..is it OK if I could ask a question"

Jerry nervously scratch the back of his head..

" OK"

" it's about the sleeping Prince"

" What.." she asked in confusion

" That's the code name idiot " Skylar whispered to him and gave him a spank in the head..

" Do that again and no favors"

" If I go down you go down with me... so shut it and let me talk",

They whispered back and forth to each other..and it was loud enough for all of us to hear ...

Jerry turned back to my mom nervously and chuckled shyly..

" the question is about the boy you take care of.."

My mom smirked

" What about him"

He walks close to her and takes a light nervous breath, he places his hands on both her hands , she raised a brow..

" You are really pretty Miss Taylor...and your Job is so mysterious, you get more and more delightful everyday.."

My mom chuckled ..brows furrowed and clearly amused..

What does he think he's doing, is he trying to sweet talk my mom..

" To be honest... Everyone in this town including me is so curious about the person you risk your life to protect, even injured you still wanna go to him....The boy is a mystery.. And am so curious I could die of it..You're a wonderful person Taylor.., "

She chuckled lightly..

" You're such an adorable kid but that is something I can't disclose.. OK.."

" But miss Taylor, that's what you've always said, can't you at lease bend the rules for a sweet heart like me, I promise I won't tell"

" Jerry..I really am sorry but I can't tell"

" What's so special about the boy anyway, he's suddenly so famous because he hasn't stepped out of his house for like 8, 9 Years.."Audrey said with a snort...

Skylar gave him a dey look but he looked away

" How does he even cope not being outside" Skylar asked

" Does he like have a disease that could spread, is that why he's always locked in with doctors who go treat him" Jerry Asked

Now it all seems they were asking bunch of questions or more like telling theories of their so called sleeping prince

" School had all these different version of stories concerning him, like this douchbag came up with a story that the bullet that went through his mom had pierced through his skull now he's so ugly he refused to come out of his kingdom"

" That version is pretty the lamest I've ever heard"

" There's also this story that says he has a skin disease, and if anyone was to touch him they would die in three days"

" Crazy version of the sleeping prince in castle"

" But I'm really curious about him, he's just like a prince in a fancy castle who is waiting for someone to save him, a girl ,a boy ,a creature, anything.. And a story like that would be so nice, I really wouldn't know how he's feeling.. He doesn't have any friends, he's always alone.."

" Any information I can get on him can make me lots of cash

"I want to know what he looks like, even if its just a tiny glance "

She took her hand away from Jerry, takes her magazine and focuses on it..

I shot him a glare which he avoided as fast as it went..he walks over to the chair and sits in defect..

How do you sweet talk a married woman..

" Is it true you're gonna lose your job.." Skylar steps close to her and ask, which turned her attention to Skylar..

" sorry"

" You're going to lose your job..is it true..You're injured and he has no else to take care of him"

My mom signed sadly eyes still on the magazine, her smile was no longer there..it was just an empty blank face with no sigh of happiness..

" Don't ask about her job" I interjected

" Let her speak" Skylar voice was fiesty , her attention fell on my mom who answered

" Probably I will if I can't contact his father on time"
