CALLA'S POV

I was shocked I didn't even have breakfast at home I was in hurry to tell it to Janice. I told her everything once I arrived and she was shocked

" can I see it? the ring" she asked and I gave it to her. She examined the ring and looked at me

" what?'" I asked her

" who in the world wears a ring like this nowadays....I have a bad feeling about this ring" she said giving it back to me

"what should I do then'" I asked looking desperate

" throw it away" she said

as i was thinking of what she told me i saw Derek entering the Cafe. I felt my face getting hot the moment our eyes met. but he ignored us and went to another table, it was the first time he acted like this...was he avoiding me now? did me telling him my feelings Drew us apart? I've lost him as a friend and as a man.

" is he avoiding you?" Janice asked

" I'm going to the washroom" I said getting up and left even before she replied.

I sat at the toilet seat crying for I was not happy with how things were going on. I don't know for how long I had been in there until I heard Janice knocking at the door.

" Calla ..are you fine?" she asked

" I'm sorry I made you worried...I'll be out in a minute" I replied getting up from the toilet seat and I saw the Jade ring falling . I picked it up and observed it ... there was a light green light coming out from it " what's this" I murmured

The light kept on growing untill I could see nothing but the green light. I felt a certain coldness as if I was socked in water. The moment my eyes open I was in this unfamiliar place, all I could see was a lake and some blossoms. I was cold and soaked in water

" where am I? " I wondered turning to look around I saw some lights and there was a house it was more like a pagoda than a house. " I will ask for help there.."

i strived through the trees trying to reach the house but as I was approaching the house I saw a man standing with his back facing my direction he was heavily guarded with guards whole around...just what was this place ? the way they dressed was odd, it was like those ancient history movie I always watch....had I time travelled? Is it even possible?

As I stood there wondering one of the guards saw me.

" there is an intruder here ...catch her" he shouted coming towards me and all the guards came running towards me. I was shocked and tried to run but I was caught even before I moved a hair.

The man who seemed to be the boss turned and asked what was going on....I tried seeing his face but I couldn't as it was dark

" what's going on? " he asked..his voice was low and beautiful to litsen to but it was filled with anger if I could say

" A woman was caught in your residenc your highness" the man said with respect...

" your highness?" I said in a low voice " lock her up and interrogate her" he said walking away

What ? Lock me up? He is not serious " hey you...what kind of a gentleman let's a girl locked up and dragged by soldiers like this...." I said as the men dragged me away

" you are no gentleman...cold ***" I shouted

the man turn and looked at me..

" stop" he commanded the guards. I could see him approaching me

" who are you? how did you get here? what do you want? " he asked simultaneously giving some cold look that made me scared but I didn't want to show it.

" so now you seem to care" I said trying to get a glimpse of his face ...he had beautiful eyes the ones that expressed his feelings more than anything I could say

He eyes were filled with hate and anger as if we had met before and did something bad.

" how did you get here" he said scolding more than asking

" and how can I tell you if l too have no idea" I replied trying to get off from the guards grip... actually my shoulder hurt from their touch " can you please tell them to let go of me...my hands hurt" I said looking at the guards

" let her go" he said and the soldiers let me go... " where is the ring? " he asked

" ring? what rinnn...ooh are you talking about the Jade ring" I answered

"where's it" he demanded

I removed the ring from my pocket " this ring? "I showed it to him

he snatched it from " where did you get it" he asked

" are you the owner? if you then you should tell me how did it get to me" I said looking straight into the eyes . is he related to the woman I saw at the shore. He seemed disturbed by the thing that was going on

" take her to the cell...lock her up until further notice" he said after thinking for a while and left With his guards

" just what do you think you are doing...I want to go back home not locked up" I shouted but no one seemed to litsen to me..the guards took me into a cell and locked me up there..

JANICE'S POV

I saw the green light coming out from the toilet room and suddenly it was gone ...I called for Calla but there was no response...I called for help and the door was opened but Calla wasn't there

what had happened to her... where on Earth did she go. I tried calling her phone but it wasn't reachable. what if she does something stupid

CALLA'S POV

I was there in that ancient jail not knowing where I was and when exactly...and badly enough there is this cold hearted guy who knows nothing about treating ladies with respect. Ooh dear ...for how long will I be locked in here ? What if they kill me

NADIR'S POV

Who the heck is this girl...she can't be Anji because she's probably dead and if not she is old and weak....where did this young girl come from...and where did she get the ring?

no matter what she should not be trusted I won't let the same thing that happened years ago repeat itself

I sat on my study anxiety filled in me....I had so many problems to take of and now another one has arrived

" guard..." I called " yes sir" the guards answered stepping inside " make sure no word gets out about what happened today" I ordered. " yes your highness" he bowed and left
