The monster mutters and whimpers
The dismembered leg moved as if being pulled by someone

The shadow moves revealing Xia's bloodied body
I covered my mouth with my free hands to keep myself from shouting
I'm stunned at what I'm seeing
There is a hideous creature standing in front of me it's teeth are bloody
Xia's dead body laying on the ground but the space beside her unfolds in bright light
[Xia is dead...! Just a few seconds ago she was happily talking about her boyfriend and now she's..... ]
The sound of the monster's teeth munching and grinding echoes through the hallway
Everyone is probably thinking the same thing
Unable to accept the facts right in front of us. We were just staring at Xia's massacred body
Suddenly, a strange mist appears next to the body and a little girl materialized from the mist
It's the same little girl again smiling happily as she rushed into a mans arm

In confusion, I turned and looked at Lay

Does it mean that these were Xia's childhood memories all this time
Xia and her Dad, they were smiling happily

[Lay glares at the monster]
The monster scowls at us as if we're next

We should get out of here

The guys started to run but my legs won't stop shaking

I tried to take a step back as the monster approaches

What are you doing? We gotta get outta here
I grit my teeth and turned around
What was that? Why is this happening?
Mustering all my strength to resist crying I started to follow them
Lay stretches out his hand to help me and I ran as fast as I could to catch up
Right after I reached to take Lay's hand...
The bells were ringing in my ears, sleepiness overtakes me
[I can't fall asleep...not here..not now]
The ringing got louder and I squeezed my eyes shut
The last thing I felt was the brush of Lay's skin on my fingertips

And now for our local news....
I'm awakened by the sound of sirens blaring
I rubbed my eyes and looked around
Did I sleep here all night?

A young woman was found dead here this morning
The news from the TV kept playing as I was trying to recall what happened last night

The victim Xia Collins was....
I immediately grabbed the remote and turned the volume up
TV announcer
Xia Collins was found dead in her partner's bedroom earlier this morning. The circumstances regarding this mysterious case are currently being investigated by local police.
I was starting at the television my heart was beating really fast
[She was in my dreams..!]
There's no way that, this is all a coincidence
But wasn't it just a nightmare?
An indescribable feeling of dread shudders through my body
