Episode 3

Kana 's POV

I grabbed the tip of one ribbon and flicked my wrist ,The hilt of a daggers were now in my hands. I don't need both of my daggers for this. Then I threw one. It went deep into the assassins chest .Then I tugged on the ribbon, the dagger came out along with his pieces of his heart.

I smiled as the piece fell down at his feet just before the dagger returned to my hand. All of this happened under a second so no one noticed me doing it. All they could see would be something getting in and out of his chest and then the guy dropping down ,holding his chest. Poor thing he would never know what hit him.

I'm not boasting but this is what makes me deadly . I can kill a maximum of 20 people under second the last time I checked. Maybe my speed have increased by now but this is my first killing in 6 years so how would I know?

I could see the confusion spreading.. Yep none of them could tell. I started wrap up the dagger then stopped, seeing the confused prince. Maybe it's time I told him who I am. Being the way he is I'm surprised that he's still alive. I guess the assassin thought too much of himself. But an assassination attempt in broad daylight is weird.. Whoa why am I thinking about that? It's none of my business.

The prince was looking around him , probably for me. I moved closer to him and waited for people to go about doing their business. I looked up at my window. Sister Yue gave me a thumbs up. I smiled to myself. She is one of the three people who knows who I am. The others are brother Haru he too is a Shinigami warrior (we are the only two left behind) And the other Mrs Chibiki .

The prince leaned against the wall looking tired. He's probably waiting for another carriage since what I assumed as his carriage is broken and one of the horses dead. I felt sad for the horse. It's fate is too cruel. It had to live it's life in captivity and being punished whenever it expressed it's desire to be and then it die for no reason.

One might be wondering why is a person who doesn't hesitate to kill a fellow human, mourning for a horse. I shall explain it is because most humans deserves being killed but no animal does. That's another reason why I'm the only vegetarian in the army ,if cannibalism was alright I might not be one (That was a joke now laugh you dunderheads )

Now that everyone is minding their business I should talk to the prince. I moved closer and flicked my wrist in a particular pattern, resulting in the dagger shooting towards the prince and going around his wrist twice, wrapping the ribbon around it. He looked startled and looked at me. I tugged at ribbon again and the dagger came back into my hand.

I motioned to him to follow me with my head and walked into the nearest entrance to the bethrotel
