CHAPTER 4: A FRIENDLY MATCH

We went down to her so called secret layer.

"So Sera who's Hades?"

"Hades is the name of the one who controls this city in the shadows. His title can be pass, its either he pass it to someone or to someone who can kill him.

His connection can't be underestimated. He holds most of the authority in this city. If someone can kill him he or she can be a billionaire instantly. He also got most of the intel about everything that happen in the city. "

"I see, what about his name?"

"No one knows his name except for the people who is close to him.... Looks like we're here, my secret base."

Then she opened the door that is in front of us. It was large room and at the opposite side there i saw a lot of guns. I also saw people doing weight lifting, sparring , and some of them are having an arm wrestling match. There was also a place where you can practice your marksmanship.

"Is this your so called talent? There nothing but a muscle head. I bet no one can truly knows how to fight in here."

All the men present inside turn their heads to my side. One of the men there stood up and said.

"Guys!!There is a new talking garbage here. New kid, let's have a match so that you can teach me how to fight."

"What?!Only you? I don't have all the time in the world to fight all of you in a one on one match."

"Big words for a small man. Let's teach this garbage a lesson."

They all stood up and started to gather around me. The big guy acted first, he threw a strong punch at me

"Strong punch less speed"

Then I return a fast upper cut.

"How that? Quite strong isn't it?"

They all charges towards me and I fought back. Every time someone charges towards me I would avoid them and hit them in there neck. Until only 9 of them were left. The big guy was still standing and the other was beaten black and blue but was still standing.

"Sera your talents are nothing but a bunch of inexperienced muscle head. They do have great strength but they don't know how to control this strength."

Then suddenly a blonde guy wearing a vest came in.

"What's your name new one?" He asked.

"Why don't you fight me? and let's see if you have the qualification to know my name."

He took off his vest and approached me.

"So you're saying that I don't have what it take to know your your name? Great!!! THIS IS GREAT!!!no one dare to talk me that way expect you. Although you can defeat this guys but don't expect you can defeat me. Let me tell you something I just rank up today. Now I am a C rank assassin. Even you have the ability to knock out 25 person but you can't possibly defeat a C rank assas--"

I threw my shoes at his face

"Cut the crap and let's fight."

He suddenly dash towards me with great speed and released some throwing knives but I immediately dodge the knives.He was approaching fast and I ran head on with him and caught his neck and slammed his face in the floor again and again. I took a look at his face, his face was covered in blood and his nose was broken. His face was already unrecognizable. I pulled is ear and whispered.

"Next time you want to have a match with me, don't spit to much sh*t. GOT IT!!!!!"

Sera looked at me with angry look on her face.

"You don't have do go over board with my men."

"What?!you got angry because I beaten some of your trash men. How about a match. let's see how good the Scarlet Hunter is."

"Much obliged. let's start now."

She took a pistol from her back and started shooting me. I ran towards a table and took cover from it. I saw gun lying near me.

"RUN WHILE YOU STILL CAN, SINCE I HAVE THIS GUN ITS PAYBACK TIME!!!!!!!!!"

Its time for me to counterattack. I saw her standing and still shooting randomly at the table that I took. She stop shooting and she loaded her guns again. While she was still reloading I shot her at the legs.

She immediately took cover from the back of the door.

"How's that Sera?! Does it hurt?! Haven't I told you to run while you still can but now your out of luck!!"

"This is nothing compared from being shot by a Sniper.!!!"

She went out from hiding and continued shooting the table. The table was already full of holes. Now I need to find a new hiding spot. I look around and there and there was nowhere yo hide so I took a peek and she was reloading again. I stood up and immediately dash towards her. I pinned her down, took her guns and aimed my gun at her head

"Nice match...You lose."

I stood up and offered my hand to her.

She grabbed my hand and pulled me down. She rolled and pinned me down.

"As expected of "the Hands of Hades" You easily defeated me. It's my lose."

"Looking down on me again? That what you get from looking down on me, a shot on the legs."

She looked at her gunshot and said.

"Oh this, this is nothing. I have my medical team made a drug that can accelerates the the healing time of any kind of wounds, injuries and even the most fatal wound can be cured easily."

"Oh really? I'm getting curious to what extent my boss is capable of. So who lead the drug research?"

"So you what to know who lead the research? Well just wait, I'm going to call him."

She took her phone and called someone. after a while she was already finish calling someone.

"What his name?"I asked

"Whose name?"

"The one who is leading your research?"

"He is Tom Edison......"
