Chapter 3: becoming a butler

LOVELY RED LIPS bar was so pack at that hour. I looked around and I saw Sera talking with the bartender. I approach her and gently tap her shoulder.

"So Sera, let's get down to business."

She looked back and offered me a sit.

"Why don't you sit down and have a drink first."

I sat down and ordered a cocktail from the bartender. After a while a finished drinking.

"I'm done, so let's get down to business."

She looked at me and smile. She grab my hand and lead me to a room up stairs. The room we just went in was her office. Her desk was messy a hell, paper,pencil and other office materials where scattered around. I looked around and something grab my attention. At a side of the room, There I saw a lot of pictures that are connected by a red marker and everything was connected towards me.

"So you've been investigating me this all time? Look at this pictures, this is all my photos and the places that I went when I was searching for clues about the those men in robes that killed my father."

"Yeah, Well as you can see I have known you already. Haven't you ever wonder who helped you back then when your chase by those men."

"Wait! You were the who stop those men. Actually I've been wondering how did they disappear after chasing me for so long."

"Let's set that aside for now, let's get down to business. So I'll go first, How did you know my identity as the Scarlet Hunter?"

"As the Scarlet Hunter. You hunt someone without leaving a trace and always wear a mask when killing someone. Because of your scarlet hair and the way you kill someone by killing them while there guards are down, you where named as the scarlet hunter. About your me knowing your identity I accidentally caught your face while I was taking a look at the whole city and you where near my drone and that how I saw your face"

She looked at me with a surprised look on her face and then she suddenly burst to laughter.

"I didn't knew that I was so careless that day. OK now I'm your boss, so I'm thinking of making you my partner. no! I have a great idea, I'm making you my personal butler and at the same time your going to be my bodyguard."

"Sounds good but I don't have experience being a butler and a bodyguard." I replied.

"Actually, its easy you just have to guard me all the time and as a butler, you don't have to worry I have an another butler than can teach you."

Then she picked her the telephone and called someone. After a while someone was knocking at the door. To my surprise it was the bartender.

"Blake this is my butler, His name is Sigfred and Sigfred this is Blake."

"Madam what would you like me to do."

"Why don't you train him to become my butler although it just a simply task."

"My pleasure madam" he replied.

He started touching my body and pressing some of the parts of my body.

"You have quite the built body." he said to me

"Of course I been working out everyday."

"Don't get your hopes to high kid because this is just the beginning. First as a the personal butler of lady Sera you must have some fighting skills. Now let's have a match. The rules are easy the first one to be knock out losses."

"Wait!! are we doing it here and now?"

"Yes!! we're doing it here."

Then Sera hit Sigfred head with a ruler.

"Don't just fight here. Why don't you go out and fight till the two of you die." she scolded him.

We went out of the building and started fighting. He was the first one to act. he released a strong right jab but luckily I'm confident with my speed. We continued fighting, We both have the same speed. I can't believe that there is someone who can be on par with me according to speed. Also his punches were so strong. Every time I block his punch, my hands went numb. I'm actually losing in this fight. This is the first time I fought with someone whose stronger than me. Then suddenly he caught my punch and pulled it and slammed me towards the floor. After a fierce fight, I eventually loss conscious and lose the fight. After a while I woke up and I was back at Sera's office lying on the floor. I saw Sera sitting beside me cleaning her pistol.

"I thought you were the " hands of hades"

but you were so weak."

Then suddenly Sigfred went in.

"Ma'am its my lose. Although I got him unconscious but I realize that he did not take the fight seriously. I was once the bodyguard of Hades and no one could block my attack back then but he did not only block my attack his speed is on par with my speed." He said to Sera.

"okay I understand, so that mean Blake Youth is qualified to become my bodyguard." she replied.

After that Sigfred went out of the room.

"You look down on me to much. If I was to fight you in a gun fight, I would put holes in that pretty face of yours."

"Don't be angry Blake even I can't defeat him."

"How did someone like him got be your butler? Didn't he just said he was Hades bodyguard? Who the hell is Hades?"

"About that, 2 years ago I saw him covered in blood lying at the front gate and I helped him after that he pledge loyalty to me. Hades, that name bring fear to anyone. let's talk about Hades when we got to my secret place, where I gather the talents around city."

Then she took a remote with a single button from the drawer and pushed the button.

Then a secret door in the right wall opened.

"No way!you got a secret layer. How cool." I surprisingly said.

"Why don't we get in already..."
