Meeting The Boundary Protectors

I stand there confused. I had just got news that I would be working with a group within the organization of angels known as the boundary protectors. While it sounded cool, I didn't know what the boundary protectors did or who they were. How could I work with people I had never even met before? The girl points to a man with spiky blue hair. His hands were wrapped in white tape and he had an eye patch covering his left eye. "This is Romann. He is the muscle of the boundary protectors. He quite surprisingly though, has a flexible temper. He doesn't get angry easily." Romann waves at me with one hand without changing his facial expression. I wave back at him. Once Romann sits down, the girl then points to another person. He had slicked back black hair with a yellow streak on both sides of his hair. He had a tattoo of what looked like a woman on his hand and wore the same suit as the other members. "This is Astral. He has a unique ability which allows him to create lightning from anywhere so long as there is electricity in the area. He is the smartest in the group and likes to read novels on his free time." He reaches out a hand and we exchange a handshake. The woman then points to a small girl who had pink hair that was tied into two pigtails. She had the organization of angels crest embedded on her forehead. "This is Kimori. She is the youngest member in the entire organization. She has a strange ability which allows her to control certain elemental powers based on how she is feeling at that moment. She has pretty frequent mood swings but she is very dependable and loyal to the organization." I blink in confusion. This was getting to be too much to take in. Even so, I continue to listen to what the woman was saying. She then points to another girl who was fairly tall. About double the size of the previous girl the woman had mentioned. She had long blue hair tied into a ponytail. She had a necklace with the letters MYI on it. I wonder what it stood for? "This is Crescilia. She is the information gatherer for not only the boundary protectors but for the entire organization. Her height makes her good at spotting things and her ability is known as the all seeing eye. She can see beyond walls, layers, and even the boundary whenever she wanted to." The woman walks up to me with a smile on her face and looks at me up and down. "You're pretty weak for someone who looks cool." I scowl at Crescilia but decide to not say anything back. There was one more member that the girl hadn't introduced. She had dark hair on one side and green hair on the other that was put up in a ponytail. She had mismatched shoes, mismatched socks, and mismatched gloves. It was a big jumble of colors. "This is Koko but we call her Fudan because she is very indecisive. She has the ability to read the threat level each creature holds and can calculate the best way to defeat the foe. Although, she tends to second guess herself to the point where we just go with the first idea she has. That's five of the members of the boundary protectors introduced. The other eight, you will be able to meet later. They had a mission to do but it shouldn't take them long to get back. That's all. You can leave now." The woman turns around and that's when I finally speak.

"Didn't you forget to introduce someone? Yourself?" The woman turns around and sighs.

"My name is Sarada and I am the leader of the organization of angels. I command the entire organization and fight off sinners, phantoms and even keep members from "waking". I look at her in confusion and ask Sarada another question.

"What is waking?"

"Waking is when people disappear from this world on their own will. If they wish to leave, I try and convince them to stay because we don't want to lose the friends that we have made here. Sometimes, no matter how hard I try, there is no stopping some people from waking." Sarada looked troubled for a moment but quickly put back on her serious face. "I must ask for you to leave." I nod my head and get ready to walk out the door when I hear a buzzing sound and a telegram shows up in front of the room. It showed a person wearing a cowboy hat with a mustache and slick black hair with it sticking up from the sideburns. He looked troubled. "What's wrong Sven?" Asked Sarada.

"It's gotten bad leader! We had the phantoms on the ropes but more of them came out of nowhere and now we are heavily outnumbered! We need assistance, pretty please!?" Sven put on a wry smile while in a serious situation. Sarada just nods and closes the telegram. She then turns her attention back to us.

"I am going to need you six to go out and assist the others in their battle with the phantoms at the boundary. Report to me if anything goes wrong, got it?" They all nod their heads and rush out. I quickly follow them. While I was gone, Sarada had a conversation with herself. "It's gotten worse. These attacks have become more frequent. His power is draining. It is getting much more dangerous here. It's only a matter of time before we have to abandon this world, but that time is not now." The six of us run out of the gates and head toward where the others were. When we get there, I see a sight that I couldn't believe.
