Taehyung stepped through the college gate, eyes wide in awe.
He’d dreamed of this moment for years and now it was finally real.
Groups of students clustered around the campus lawn: laughing, teasing, some slouching on benches with coffee, others sharing notes.
Everyone looked like they belonged.
Taehyung hugged his bag closer and headed toward his classroom, quietly taking a seat beside a girl in the third row.
Not long after, Jungkook strolled in, late, carefree as ever and dropped into a seat at the back.
It was college; nobody really cared. Except Taehyung, who felt his heartbeat change just seeing him there.
Classes passed in a blur. By lunchtime, Taehyung found a quiet spot in the garden and opened a book.
He sat alone, just like in school. Most students here came from rich families. He didn’t fit in.
His gaze drifted across the lawn to Jungkook, who was laughing with a group of boys, mostly seniors.
Among them was Jimin, someone Taehyung had seen many times at the Jeon mansion.
He was rich too, polite, but distant.
Suddenly, Taehyung’s phone buzzed.

📩 Meet me at the back side.
The message made his cheeks warm.
He grabbed his bag and walked around to the old back courtyard of the campus.
It was almost silent. The place felt abandoned, eerie and for a moment he hesitated. Then a pair of strong arms wrapped around him from behind.
Taehyung exhaled in relief.
Kim Taehyung
Jungkook… this place feels weird. I got scared
Jungkook chuckled, chin resting on Taehyung’s shoulder.
Jeon Jungkook
Nobody comes here… because they say it’s haunted.
Kim Taehyung
What?! Jungkook...can we leave then?!
He tried to step away, but Jungkook caught his wrist and pulled him in.
Taehyung stumbled straight against his chest.
Jeon Jungkook
Relax, Tae. I was joking.
Jeon Jungkook
It’s just the old part of campus. That’s why no one comes here.
Taehyung slapped his arm lightly.
Kim Taehyung
You’re impossible.
