At the morgue our little assistant started looking at every victim of the rose killer, it was a horrible sight, but he kinda got used to it
Mike
"Hm... John Tomes... No limbs" *Mike said what every person was missing* "Mira Smith, no ears.... Cleon Jarvis, no neck... Roy Deemer, his mouth is ripped open…" *Mike made a discussed face, not only were those parts cut out, but it also looked like the killer stabbed the area multiple times, making it look even more terrifying* "Joly Burr, no arms... Alex Carp, no genital organs... Fuck... And finally Tobias Noterline, with his mouth ripped open like the other...."
*Mike looks calm, but also a bit disturbed as he started searching their clothes for any missing buttons or something*

"Nothing... Seems like that button was really an accident, and we overthought..."
*Mike groaned annoyed and sent a quick message to Jake saying he found nothing*

Jake is in his shitty apartment, reading about the victims cases, trying to find a clue but still nothing. His apartment was quite expensive, but he was a mess, leaving things everywhere and cleaning up only once or twice a month (or when someone came over)
He let himself fall on the bed, that probably had a spider around, and he thought about Vladimir and his flower shop

"Should I really go-" *His thoughts get interrupted by a notification on his phone* "Mike?" *He reads the message and groans annoyed* "Nothing... What are we gonna do!?"

In a small apartment just above a flower shop, a short man with long hair and a skinny body was on the balcony, which was full of flowers, watching the street
