Jake looked at the flowers in the vase while his assistant took photos of the murder scene.
Jake
"Seven flowers... Seven notes... Who are you, rose killer?"
Mike looked at his superior like that's nothing new, it's been months and they only found out that the killer was a man, and a short one. How did they find that? Well he wasn't very careful at his first murder, and a camera caught him... He was covered in black, black hoodie, black pants, black gloves, black mask. The body was too flat to be a woman, so it was clearly a man.

Jake
*Jake raised his eyebrows confused why Mike would like to show him. Without hesitation Jake walked up to Mike, seems like Jake trusted him a lot* "What's wrong?"
Mike
"Look here..." *Mike got on his knees and showed his that the corpse is missing a button at his suit*
Jake
"Did the killer take his button?" *Jake crossed his arms looking down at the corpse*
Mike

Mike

Jake
"Call the morgue, keep him there with the other six... Also search if the other corpses also have a piece of clothing missing!"

*Jake nodded and wrote on his phone* "got it"
The two men said their goodbye and left, on the way home Jake can't stop thinking about Vladimir
Jake finally arrived at his car who was parked where the last victim was, both the corpse and Mike disappeared
Jake
"Hm... Vladimir... And "rose flower shop"? Why rose?"
