You haven't been answering anyone's texts or calls. Everyone was worried, but not as much as Izuku was.

*presses hand against the cuts to try and stop the bleeding*
The pain from Izuku pressing against your thighs makes you slowly wake up.

Oh my god I was so scared you wouldn't wake up! *hugs you tightly*
