The Shinari FC squad was finally announced.

It was a normal school day at Shinari High. There was no practice today, which gave the players a bit of a break.

Soru, Kashikoi, and Kazama were in the same class. They all sat together, chatting about their new team and the upcoming matches.

The wives confronted Masanori about his repeated behavior of cheating on them with random female teachers. The situation escalated fast, and one of the wives quickly called the police.

It was revealed that Masanori was a scammer, using his wealth to cover up his shady dealings, including tricking teachers into relationships with him.

The police soon arrived and arrested Masanori and Ms. Yuuko. For Soru, it was a painful realization about his father's true nature.

The Next Day: A Word of Comfort from Friends

The next day at school, Kashikoi noticed that Soru was a little more distant.

Kashikoi:

"Hey, Soru. I know things might be tough, but it’s not the end of the world, bro."

Suddenly, Renji appeared, jumping out from behind a bush and running to Soru.

Renji:

"Yo, man! Don’t sweat it, okay? You’ve got us!"

He pulled Soru’s cheeks.

"Man up, bro!"

Soru smiled a little, feeling the support from his teammates. He was grateful for their presence, especially since his home life was a mess right now.

Training After School: A New Coach Arrives

After school, the team gathered for training, but things took a sudden turn when a man walked onto the field.

He threw down his cigarette and said:

Man:

"Coming back home, baby."

This was no ordinary man. He was an ex-player from Shinari FC during their glory days. The players were confused, especially Soru, Kashikoi, and Rin, who had no idea who he was.

The man walked up to the principal, who was standing on the sidelines.

Man (grinning):

"I want to be the new coach for Shinari FC."

The principal, recognizing the man’s importance, nodded in agreement.

Principal:

"Because you’re a legend, I accept. Welcome back."

The man turned around and addressed the players.

Man:

"From today on, we’re Shinari FC... but with a manager."

The players were stunned. The only people who weren’t shocked were Soru, Kashikoi, and Rin.

Kazama stepped forward:

"Wait… You’re that guy. You’re the one who helped this team become legends alongside Kira, Loki, and Leo."

The man smiled and gave a proud nod:

Man:

"Yes. I’m one of the original legends of this club."

The moment of realization hit everyone, and the man turned to Ichiro:

Man (grinning):

"Hey, boy. Your name’s Ichiro, right? Aren’t you the son of Loki? The legend?"

Ichiro (calmly):

"Yes, that’s me."

The room went dead silent. Kazama couldn’t believe it:

Kazama (shocked):

"Wait, wait… YOUR FATHER was the GOAT of this team?!"

Renji joined in:

Renji (wide-eyed):

"Bro, your brother is Loki Jr., the fastest player alive!"

Ichiro (nodding calmly):

"Yes, that’s correct."

Everyone stood there, frozen in shock. Only Soru wasn’t fazed. He was used to unexpected moments like these and already knew about Ichiro’s background.

The man looked at them all and smiled:

Man:

"Alright, boys. Welcome to the new era of Shinari FC. Let’s make this team great again."
