The Life Equation – Episode 7
The Mysterious Visitor
Osun and his sisters exchanged glances as their father stepped out to meet the unknown visitor. Baba Tunde, still standing by the door, had an odd look on his face—like he knew something was off but wouldn’t say it out loud.
Mercy leaned closer to Osun. "Who you think e be?" she whispered.
"How I go know?" Osun replied, keeping his eyes on the door.
Roxanne and Wealth also looked curious, but their mother shot them all a warning glance. "Face your food," she said, scooping more rice onto her plate.
The curiosity was killing Osun, but he knew better than to disobey their mother. Still, he listened carefully.
Through the slightly open door, low voices murmured outside. Then, suddenly—BANG!
The door slammed shut as their father walked back inside, his face tight with anger.
Their mom immediately stood up. "Who was it?"
"No one important," their father muttered, walking past them.
But Osun could tell something was wrong.
A Late-Night Talk
That night, Osun couldn’t sleep. His father had been acting strange since the visitor came.
He left his room quietly, creeping past Mercy’s and Roxanne’s doors. When he reached the stairs, he heard voices—his parents talking in their room.
He leaned against the wall, listening.
"You think he’s back for money?" his mother asked.
"I don’t know what he wants, but I won’t let him near this family," his father replied, his voice cold.
Osun frowned. Who was ‘he’?
Before he could listen more, a voice behind him nearly made him jump.
"You dey spy abi?"
Osun spun around to see Wealth standing there, arms crossed.
"Shhh, you go wake them," he whispered.
Wealth smirked. "So? Wetin dem dey talk?"
Osun hesitated, then shrugged. "I no sabi, but e be like say one man wan find wahala for Papa."
Wealth’s expression turned serious. "You think e go affect us?"
Osun didn’t know the answer to that.
But something in his gut told him this wasn’t over.

Mercy and Roxanne’s Wild Afternoon
It was Friday afternoon, and the school was buzzing—no classes, just free time before everyone went home. Mercy, Roxanne, and their group of girls from different years had gathered in an empty classroom, ready to cause trouble.
Vanessa stretched her arms and smirked. "Make we play Truth or Dare."
Lamelua grinned. "No yawa. But no be small-small dare o."
Precious laughed. "E sure me say somebody go run today!"
The Chaos Begins
The game started light—truths about crushes, embarrassing moments. But it didn’t take long before things got madder.
"Mercy, slap Vanessa for nyash!" Lamelua dared, laughing.
Mercy didn't even think twice—she swung her hand and SMACK!
"AHHH!" Vanessa screamed, jumping. "Mercy, you go hear am!"
Before Mercy could escape, Vanessa grabbed her chest playfully and squeezed.
"Oshey, big things!" Precious teased, causing everyone to laugh.
Roxanne joined in, smacking Lamelua’s backside. "See as e jiggle! You dey chop better food!"

Roxanne’s ‘Interesting’ Outfit
After the madness, they sat down to cool off, but Roxanne had one more surprise.
"Make we spice am up," she said, opening her bag.
She pulled out an outfit—a tight, off-shoulder crop top and a mini-skirt.
The top? Black with gold chains as straps, cut low to reveal her cleavage. The mini-skirt? Bright red, barely covering anything.
"Haaa! You wan kill person?" Precious shouted, eyes wide.
Vanessa whistled. "Na real wah!"
Mercy smirked. "E fit you sha. But if teacher catch you, wahala go dey."
Before Roxanne could even try it on, the door BURST open.

"Wetin una dey do?" he asked, his voice sharp.
Roxanne just smirked. "Nothing wey concern you."
Osun sighed and shook his head, walking away. "Una dey craze."
Basketball & Trouble with Dad
While the girls continued their madness, Osun and the boys were outside, playing basketball. The game was intense, sweat dripping as they played 5-on-5. Osun and Benjamin were on the same team, going against Jason and Ryan.
"Omo, shoot am!" Benjamin called out.
Osun took the shot—SWISH.
The game ended just as a black SUV pulled up outside the school.
Their father, John, stepped out, looking sharp in a suit.
As Osun walked toward the car, he saw his dad talking to Miss Gloria, the school’s owner.
"Thank you for taking care of my children," John said, shaking her hand.
Miss Gloria smiled politely. "They are... very active students."
Osun side-eyed his sisters. If only their father knew what they had been doing.
John turned to them. "Get in the car. We’re going home."
Mercy and Roxanne exchanged a look—if their dad ever found out, they were DEAD.

New Dance Event at School
The whole school was buzzing with excitement—a new dance event was announced, and students from all years were allowed to join. Music, lights, performance—it was going to be a big deal.

Her outfit? Something that made everyone stare.

The top had crisscross straps at the back, barely covering her skin.
A short, red pleated skirt, so mini that one wrong move could show too much.
She wore knee-high socks with black sneakers, giving a sporty but stylish look.
When she walked into the dance hall, all eyes turned to her.
"Ah-ah, Roxanne!" Mercy whispered. "You wan kill these boys?"
"Na dance outfit, abeg," Roxanne laughed. "We dey move, no be sit down."

The teachers? They were already side-eyeing her.
"Roxanne, next time wear something more... appropriate," Miss Gloria warned.
Roxanne just smiled. "Yes, ma." But deep down, she didn’t care.
As the music started, Roxanne stepped forward, ready to show them what she could do.
