Chapter 3: First day of school

“Oh, nothing hehe.” I said, surprised.

The butler didn’t need to know that I forgot to call Jake. As I opened my phone, it was full of missed calls. So I called him and gulped that I was conscious of his expected scream.

“YO ROSE! WHY DIDN’T YOU PICK UP ALL MY CALLS!? DID SOMETHING HAPPEN!?” Jake predictably shrieked.

“Quit screaming like a donkey, will ya? I just forgot cuz I was tired.” I calmly explained.

“Oh, okay.” He sighed of relief.

“Okay, any updates?”

“Umm, you’re transferring to that elite art school, uhhh, KAES, right? I heard that there’s a lot of hot boys there and you may get your chance.”

“KAES, yes. Boys, I don’t care.”

We chatted until midnight. My joy finally came back but our conversation felt like it had a hole in it. ‘Cuz Kyle wasn’t there. But it was satisfying. Then, I slept.

“KRING KRING KRINGGGGG” my alarm fills the quiet morning.

I dressed up in the uniform but--- THE UNIFORM’S TOO SEXY. The top is like a cropped top but there’s a tube top inside and the skirt’s just hanging on my waist, supported with JUST A BELT. But it was secured, though. So I thought,

“The designer must be smart.”, forgetting that I just hated it a while ago. Well, it’s a no choice situation. Thus, I came to school.

“Wow, that girl’s pretty.”

“Oh my. Is that the, famous ballerina, Joyner’s only daughter? I never thought she could be so appealing.”

“Ooh, her figure is so perfect!”

Murmurs welcomed me through the art school but only one person caught ng my attention.

It was a black-haired guy. But girls were everywhere around him. “Rose! Get a hold of yourself! You’re here to study!” I warned myself.

“Good morning, class! Let me introduce your new classmate, Miss Rose Joyner! Please come in.” the teacher said.

“Good morning, everyone!” I waved with a smile. Unexpectedly everyone agreed that I was pretty! I didn’t think I was because I didn’t really meet people because I only studied through a tutor and I met Jake online. “I’m Rose Joyner, 17, and a prima ballerina.”

Everyone gave a good impression of me. But I noticed…BLACK-HAIRED GUY IS IN MY CLASS! “Please don’t tell me that I’ll be sitting beside him.” I hopefully thought.

“Miss Joyner, please sit beside Mister Robles over there-“she said, pointing to Mister Black-Haired guy.

“SH*T.” I blurted, startled. I interrupted the teacher. “OH MY GOSH. I’M SO SORRYYY.”

“No, it’s okay. You’re probably one of his fans.” She implied.

“Um, no, no, ma’am. You totally misunderstood me-“I said hurriedly. WAIT, I just saw “Robles” blush!

“Please go to your seat.” She quickly replied. So I did.

“Hi.” I said to Mr. “Robles”.

He ignored me. The girls, on the other hand, were staring at me. “They must be his fans” the thought popped on my head. But, I ignored them and listened to the lesson. But I couldn’t. He has that sentimental vibe that goes along with his attractive face and perfect figure. So I can’t help but blush. “What the hell is going on with me!?” I thought, quietly slapping my cheeks. The exposing outfit only made it worse. Finally, class was over.

“Oh, students! Before you leave, pair yourselves with your seatmate for your first photography project. First place will have a ticket to the South Korean ballet show.” ---TO BE CONTINUED
