The first phase: 3. Relatives

- When will the christening be held?- Alexandra asked her husband.

- Might be in the next few days; I'm not deciding yet\, I want to wait until you are fully recovered.- He kissed the empress's forehead; Olga just pretended that she didn't see anything; what am I even doing here? - After that\, we can take our family photographs.

As the plan was done, Olga was given back to the nanny. Her father has built her room, so she has been put down in her own carriage. Olga thinks she was too tired of crying, so she falls asleep instantly.

When Olga woke up again, she tried to call the nanny by her inaudible sound. Her mother would have actually been feeding her, and she would love that; however, due to her exhaustion, the nanny is on this mission. As she's eating, Olga tries to gain her conciseness. She's looking through the ceiling; her room is still in the same pink colour as it was. When the nanny finishes feeding her and playing with her, Olga tries to puzzle over all her memories.

So, basically, she has been reborn to her life as a grand duchess of Russia. If nothing changes and everything happens just like her first life, her family would have been captivated and killed by the rival; she was unsure of their name. Maybe I have seen their name in some newspaper.

Now that her ultimate goal was to protect her family, Olga would do anything to do that.  She could not stand to see that scene ever again. This seems like a challenging path.

Remembering her time in Tobolks; Actually, it was only Olga who was aware of the thing that might happen to them, and possibly her father too.

She hears the footstep, then Olga sees all the familiar faces: Her grandmother, Maria Feodrovna; her aunts, Xenia and Olga Alexandrovna; her uncles, Mikail  and George Alexandrovich. It, surely, have been a long time since then.

The Dowager Maria states happily:

- What a bright baby!

- Yes\, mama.- She feels her youngest aunt touching her cheeks. - Doesn't she look like me?

- She does\, but I think she is prettier than you\, - Grand Duke George\, teasing his little sister.

- Stop!

They're always fighting like this,- Olga thought. Isn't it hard to see the feature on an infant face? She is confused. How can her aunt notice the resemblance?

The atmosphere had gone up, blooming as her relatives were here.

- Irina now has her friend\, I hope they will get along well in the future.- Xenia softly said.

When Olga heard that name, something quickly hit her. Oh my, I forgot her.

As the paternal family member is having their compliment about Olga and Irina, comparing them, Grand Duke Mikhail asks the nanny about the status of Alexandra's health. Olga notices the strangely unhappy expression that appears on her grandmother's face when she hears about the Empress.

What is it?

She thinks that as a baby, she can see everything clearer than before; maybe I am just too sensitive?

But that soon to disappear, as their attention is only on the newborn.

- To celebrate Irina and Olga's birth\, my mother will come and stay here for a short time. - Said the Dowager.

- It's nice. It has been a long time since the last time I saw my grandmother.- That's her uncle\, Mimi's voice.

Grandmother? So that would have been her great-grandmother from Denmark. Olga was actually more familiar with her mother's side of family than her father's side, so she had little memory about them. The only one that is known was Princess of Wales, Alexandra. Maybe Irina is closer.

Nicholas stepping to the room, wanting to see his daughter; he is also full of joy, to witness his whole family here.

- Welcome\, Mama. - The Emperor greeting his mother.

- I'm great\, Nicky. I'm really happy\, seeing Olga as a dazzling and healthy baby.

- We are talking about Irina having her same-age friend\, and great-grandmother would come here for her grandchild!- Olga Alexandrovna cheerfully chatting with her brother.

The conversation continues; the Tsar looks tired after coming from the court, and he try to not destroy the atmosphere, not letting his family know.

Olga doesn't want to listen to this boring dialogue anymore, so she chooses to be lost in her thoughts again.

Irina Alexandrovna. In fact, she would be really close with Irina because they are cousins, and they are the same age. But after that happens, they gradually distance themselves from others, one, being that event, second, Irina is married. That event was a great shock to the family. At that time, Olga believes in her feeling more than anything else, since she is restricted to knowing the truth. Her sense is the only thing that she can rely on. It might not be Irina, but it can also be Irina, whose stand behind that case. If she had to choose again, Olga would not regret her decisions.

Among her relatives that stand here, Olga, her aunt, is the only one that supported her dad until he died. She died without meeting her aunt for the last time. In this life, to be able to see her beloved aunt again. Olga is emotional; she is usually, and as a baby, her emotions just gets out of control; she turns out to be crying again. Olga is simply touched by her aunt's devotion. The others, let's set that aside.

Olga notices her niece crying, so she takes Olga up and plays with her.

- Oh my\, what is wrong\, baby?

She has simply been afraid of you? - George, once more.

- Seriously\, George? - Olga is irritated with her brother.

But baby, stop crying as her aunt holds her. This makes Olga amazed.

- She really likes you\, Olga. - Nicholas softly smiles with his youngest sister as he continue to be affectionate with his daughter.

- This baby seems more active than Irina\, isn't she? - Mikhail said. - Irina would have fallen asleep with half of the time\, but Olga is still this energetic.

- Is that so? - Her dad asks. And\, Olga\, he states to his sister. - Would you like to become the godmother of my daughter? Present in her christening.  We take her name after you overall.

- Me?- Olga amazes.- But I'm too young.

That's the truth. Olga is only 12 years old. Suddenly, being a ''mother'', not technical, but somehow put some pressure on the younger.

- Well\, my daughter likes you; that is the most important. You guys will be closer as she grows up.- Nicholas convinces Olga. The little teenager really hesitated but finally agreed. In the future\, she would have been one of the closest with Olga and her siblings\, beside her maternal family. She and the other Olga do have the same characters.

The adults soon let Olga rest. Now she needs to sleep again.

After saying goodbye to his family, Nicholas came back to Alexandra. Alix smiles brightly. Welcome him with a hug.

- You look tired\, Nicky. I can see that on your face\,  - Alexandra worries

- Not so much\, Sunny; I'm going to be the king\, after all.

There were silences; Nicholas found it hard to speak out. He didn't want to pressure his wife

- The court needed an heir\, right?- Alexandra quietly said.- They pressured you?

- It's okay\, darling.- He comforts his wife. - I'm really happy with a girl; an heir is vital\, yet we can do it again\, - Nicholas kisses his wife on the lips. The Empress shyly smiles\, yet she is happy with it. - Just the task in the court is overwhelming me.

- You will be alright\, Nicky. I'm here\, with you.- She hugged him back\,- I will always stay by your side; do your best and don't worry about anything? Yes?

- I will\, Sunny.
