The day moved on as usual. Ye Jin left for her job as a front desk executive, her mind already filled with worries about the upcoming payments. Min went to her art classes, determined to become a painter, and Tae-hee stayed back to tutor kids, her mind focused solely on the career she was building.
By the time evening came around, the small 1BHK apartment was filled with the comforting smell of dinner. Tae-hee had finished cooking and was just about to set the table when the door opened, and her two sisters stepped in, looking tired but smiling.
Kim Tae- hee (FL)
Welcome back, hardworking women's.
Tae-hee greeted with a smile.
Min plopped onto the couch dramatically.
Park min young (Fl younger sister)
“Ugh, people are exhausting. Why is everyone in my class obsessed with dating?”
Kim Tae- hee (FL)
(Raised an eyebrow.) Is that a rhetorical question, or do you just need to rant?
Ye Jin seemed unusually tense as she stepped into the apartment, lost in thought, her brow furrowed with concern. Both Tae-hee and Min Young exchanged glances, immediately sensing something was wrong.
Tae-hee leaned in and whispered to Min,

What's up with her?
Before she could answer, the doorbell rang, breaking the tension.
Park min young (Fl younger sister)
(She muttered sarcastically,) “Because what’s a peaceful dinner without some unexpected drama?”
Kim Tae- hee (FL)
"Were we expecting anyone?"
Min smirked, grabbing a spoon from the table and waving it like a weapon.
Park min young (Fl younger sister)
If it’s that radio DJ trying to sell us love songs, I’ll handle this.
Tae-hee chuckled, shaking her head.
Kim Tae- hee (FL)
You do that, warrior. Let’s see who’s here.
Ye Jin, rolling her eyes at her sisters' antics, went to answer the door.
Min Young, ever dramatic, whispered,
Park min young (Fl younger sister)
It's the landlord, come to steal our souls!
Kim Tae- hee (FL)
(She sighed.) Or the bill collector, ready to claim our nonexistent savings.
