#The truth behind the killer#

As the person returns to their house, in confusion about the killer, the person was in shock. The brutal scene flashing in front of their eye.

The person apparently can't seem to recall any memories before that night, still in a daze about everything, assuming they are the killer, started freaking out, that person immediately closed all the windows and thought to their self (is it really me? Am I the killer?). Not sure if it really was him, yes, the person apparently was a guy. The guy, head anything which seem suspicious to him.

Rather than going to the hospital after losing his memories, the guy chooses to stay hidden and low for a while, afraid someone might suspect him, but his that action lead to his downfall. The neighbors sensing something off, when the police investigated, pointed out him, the guy as suspicious, police as thought chose to investigate him, his life seemed too ordinary, too normal making them more suspicious, as his record was too clean.

Later he was taken into custody as there was no proof but just doubts, the guy, who wasn't sure himself, said things which shocked everyone.

"I don't remember anything, I don't know if I did it or not, I can't recall anything about myself even, which is driving me crazy" that was his official statement recorded.

The police searched his house and found some things hidden, asked him about that, he confessed that he wasn't sure and was scared so he hid anything which could have been used, for a murder of that kind.

He told them everything that happened when he came home after losing his memory.

The police more suspicious decided to conduct a psychological treatment to get a confession out of him, as they thought h might be lying but nothing came out, everything he said till now was true, it was later discovered he had a fight with his co-worker and lost his balance, after walking out from their he clasped in the middle of the road and forgot everything. So there was still the doubts but no proof, because of the memory loss they had to ask around his work place, making the ever so quiet guy stand out more than necessary, because his life seemed ruined even if he was out of jail, getting beaten up by police for a confession and his college knew about the incident, he lost his job, cause the companies' reputation was at stake.

He lost his job and peoples had the suspicion, his quiet life became more quite as no one talked to him since then, his memory didn’t return, as he blamed himself.

The case was closed as even after doing everything, there was no motive for murder of the victim and the suspect have no memories, even through the guy didn't go to jail, his life was ruined, why? Because he chose to hide? Even if he didn't, something might have happened.

On the contrary, the case was still not solved, the murder out their living their life, even if that guy was the murder or not, if he was punished for it, would it have been fair? Because he himself didn't know if he did that or not. Or if someone framed him. Or it was a move by the killer itself to make him a suspect.

Anything was possible, but I have a question. What if he was suspected and there was little proof, if was to be judged, would it have been fair to punish him for something he might or might not have done?

Despite the fact that he can't remember it?
