I am sorry but am i the killer?

I won't make excuses... I got lazy... I am sorry.

Well I am kind of out of touch... so let me tell you something I heard recently...

In a story format.

I was walking on the empty road, the streetlights were on... as I kept walking, the passage grew smaller, the view became quite blurry. I don't know if it was my own vision or fog, but the more I walked, the less I could see properly. My mind got hazy as I stopped in front of a house, old, rusty, and weeds growing out of cracks.

I entered that old house, it kind of felt familiar. Apparently I saw my own reflection, for some reason I didn't recognize the person in the mirror, yet it felt familiar. The walls were cracked from inside too, the color faded with time, marks of many old memories, kids drawing, burnt marks in kitchen, and many more. This would make it obvious to anyone who saw it that it was an old house full of memories.

There I saw a plastic bag, thinking it was trash. I went and picked it up, thinking to throw it as it was apparently smelling very bad, so bad that I was out of breath. I took and left it outside my house, not wanting to look at it again. I went out properly and threw it in the bin.

After spraying what seemed to be a room freshener I finally breathed and felt a sense of comfort, I went to bed. The next day I woke up from a commotion outside, police, news reporters and a wide range of public, ranging from 5 to 60, all looking at the same thing... the garbage bin. I who just woke up was curious too as I made my way passing many peoples, asking someone who was standing beside me.

“What's the commotion about?” the bystander told me “apparently someone dumped a body in trash, it was cut into pieces, very gruesome site” I felt my pupil dialect in horror, expanding a very good portion before returning to normal as I said “how can someone do something like this?” a very hard time thinking why someone will do something like this?.

(Apparently the thing is later as you can guess it was discovered that the killer was no one but the person who woke up without its knowledge about the murder, no proof of the murder but many people had the doubt cause of the timing, of that person going out, and no one knowing that person knowing them personally. That persona probably had a split personality, or he lost his memory cause nothing showed even after many psychological confessions too. It's done when the suspect doesn't agree with committing that crime or there is a lack of evidence, following a procedure of getting a formal letter from the government or the court, with permission to hypnotize them for a confession.)  If you want to know more about this story, please comment. As it follows, a great plot revolves around that person, who doesn't have a clue about anything he did, or probably didn't as there was still no proof.
