Night Shift

I walked in to my interview and was asked some questions. They said I could begin working immediately. I was excited and went home happy. I ordered pizza and tucked my kids into bed smiling. I got in the car and drove to my job. I sat at my desk and was about to work when I noticed how dark the room was. There was only my lamp on and the rather dim lighting of the ceiling. No one else was here. I found a note that told me I would be alone for the night but I would get extra pay from it. 

So I sat down and began to working for ten to twenty minutes when I heard a creak coming from down the hall. I got up and said hello. No one answered. Puzzled I went to look. I searched and found nothing there so I headed back to work. Thirsty minutes later I hear it again. I search. Nothing there. It repeats for about an hour and I become fed up. I stomped down the hall. 

I yelled for whoever was there to come out. When I got no answer I went to sit down, this time when I heard the noise again I ignored it. Then I heard it louder again but with a low growl. It felt close, but far away. I jumped up and intimidated I said hello. When I got no response I pulled out my mace and pocket knife and went down the hall. I saw someone sitting down eating trash spilled from a knocked over trashcan.

"Hey you! what do you think your doing" I said

I gasped when the figure turned around. It was an all black humanoid figure with razor sharp teeth. It's teeth were bulging out his mouth and its back cracked in an unnatural way. Its claws came out of nowhere and it ran towards me. I dropped my weapons and ran. Too scared to look back. I ran and hid in a closet. I waited for some time. I slowly came out and saw nothing. I didn't wanna go back to work. How can I with that thing around?

I sneaked to a phone and dialed 911. I was about to state my emergency when I saw it again. Sitting on a desk trying to eat a computer. Its jaw extended from its stomach and chomped on the wires. I whispered and the lady got irritated and yelled. I looked up and the creature jumped from desk to desk at me. It lashed me in the face and I dropped the phone. The lady called for me over and over and when I couldn't respond, she hung up.

I knew she wasn't sending help. I Iooked up at the monster as it dragged me somewhere, The floor opened up and swallowed me whole. As of now I don't know where I am but I hope someone will find me.
