Gumballs Ex

It's been two weeks since I broke up with penny. She was very angry when I brought her on a date just to tell her. She threw her drink at me and stormed out. I felt bad but I just wasn't into penny anymore. I have a new girlfriend named Cameron, and she's amazing. Way better then penny. I got dressed and headed out on my date with Cameron. I went out the door and we went to the food court in the mall. We laughed and I saw a figure. It looked like penny I squinted and it was penny but she was all black with red eyes. I realized they weren't looking at me but at Cameron. 

I looked over at the kitchen and a knife jumped out of the kitchen and towards Cameron. I dived towards her. We landed hard on the floor and the figure of penny disappeared. I took Cameron to my house, I wasn't gonna let her out of my sight. We watched television for a while. I heard a knock on the door. I got up to go look and saw no one. I turned to Cameron and we both shrugged. I locked the door back and sat down. I noticed a moving shadow as I walked past but I dismissed it as my own. I sat down next to Cameron. She put her hand on mine, I blushed and it held her hand in mine. To symbol my hand protecting hers as I will always do for her. She looked at our hands and I did too. I leaned in to kiss her. When I pulled back I screamed in horror.

She was a corpse! Her eyes were out of her sockets that were almost black, and maggots crawled out of her dead face. Blood oozes strangely out of her skin. I threw up and looked back at her. She moved away from me and pouted.

"If my make-up is that bad then you shoulda said something earlier" she said, arms folded.

I looked down to see her make-up bag under my foot. Destroyed. It was expensive and I know it meant a lot to her. I apologized but she wouldn't listen. She left to go to the bathroom and I stayed on the couch. I heard a faint laugh from behind me. So I turned to see my fridge open. I closed it and turn to see Cameron with her back turned. I hugged her from behind, kissed her cheek and said I was really sorry. I turned her to face me and I froze. There was a bloody knife sticking out of her neck. She was in my arms lifeless. I started to cry and hold her in my arms. 

"No..no no no!" I cried

I didn't know what to do. So with two fingers I shut her eyes for the final time. I looked at the knife and it had a yellow sticky substance on it. I looked up to see the figure again.

"THERE SHES GONE PENNY! YOU HAPPY?! HUH HUH?!" I hollered

I got no answer. I walked over to the figure and pulled back a jacket. I was puzzled, if that wasn't the figure then- 

I felt a sharp pain in my stomach I looked down to see blood staining my shirt. I dropped to the floor.
