SAPPHIRE

Lucy arrived at her office building, parked her bike in the usual parking spot and walked inside the building with her usual cold aura, no one could come close to her as she entered the office, they only muttered a good morning and continued with their daily business, she walked to a closet in the office and pressed a button an elevator door opened, she entered and pressed another button and the elevator door closed taking her underground. The underground had another building, it looked like another world; a world of technology, she walked to the entrance and swiped her card at the door before going into the “Secret agent force[SAPPHIRE]” headquarters. She walked into an office and saluted!

“Agent moon reporting for duty”, her boss, Roberto James [Bert] turned to her,

“well done moon, well done, u’ve done a great job today as usual” Bert praised her,

“it's nothing Bert” she said casually,

"have you been able to get anything from him?” she asked,

"nope he's keeping a tight lip, he's in the dark room anyway, wanna pay him a visit?” Bert replied,

“with pleasure” moon replied with a grin and walked out of the office, she walked down the corridor and went to the basement, were some soldiers are waiting.

“bring him to the torture room” she ordered and the soldiers left and came back dragging a battered man with them, it was the boss from the warehouse they raided this morning, they dragged him to the torture room and fastened him to an electric chair. Lucy walked into the torture room filled with so many deadly torture weapons, the torture room looked so scary and it smelt like death, she toyed with the weapons, she had pulled her brown coat so she was wearing a black cloak over here black all through outfit now, with her terrifying aura making her look like the angel of death, the man trembled as he felt his heart skipped beats,

“well?” she asked as she played with a saber,

“I don’t know anything, I was just going to deliver those girls, I don’t know what they would be used for” the man blabbed in panic,

“I thought it was reported that you don’t talk” moon asked as she picked a drill and continued playing with it, she looked at him with an evil glint in her eyes,

“I’ll give you one last chance, now start talking” she said casually, by this time the man was already shaking like a leaf, but he still kept denying about knowing anything. Lucy picked the drill and walked closer to him slowly and menacingly like a predator hunting its prey, the man felt his throat dry, he didn’t sign for this,

“I’ll talk, I’ll talk” the man screamed,

“too late” Lucy said as she turned on the drill and drilled into his thigh, the man shrieked, and his face contorted with pain, she moved the drill down his thigh, tearing his thigh and making blood splash on her face, she trailed the drill on the man's wound and drilled into his wound,

“I’ll talk, I’ll talk, please” the man cried and Lucy slapped him

“don’t talk until I ask you to” she growled and continued with drilling his other legs, repeating what she had done to the first leg.

“okay, go on, I am listening” she said when she was done with his legs,

“those girls that were hold hostage, they will be taken and used as experiment” the man answered,

“what experiment?” Lucy asked casually,

“It's part of the operation red experiment held by the ‘Red Wolves’” he answered again,

“so, why do they only use girls” Lucy asked,

“well, they don’t use only girls, it's just that girls are easy to get here”,

“I see, so they are also other people in other places kidnapping other people, so where do you take them” she inquired further,

“I was supposed to keep them safe in the warehouse, then someone would come to pick them”,

“who?”, “I don’t know, A man used to contact me and give me instructions, he never told me his name or show up in person, he only contacts me with different burner sims anytime he has a mission for me”.

“he sends someone to deliver the money”.

“I see, release fake news about a secret prosecution for him tomorrow”. The man suddenly chuckled,

“If you are thinking of tricking them with me, it won't work, I am of a very low rank, the red wolves won't come for me, besides they are cameras all over the building, the moment your troops entered, they already…………….” before he could finish his sentence, two shuriken came flying towards him pinning his ears to the wall, the man screamed in pain.

“who says you won't be prosecuted, I can't promise I’ll miss next time, don’t talk until I ask you to, I hate noise, take him to the C-cell and get him a doctor” she ordered the armed men by the door “and tell him not to use a tranquilizer during the operation” she added, the man begged frantically with fright, but she didn’t give a hoot and returned to her office,

“yes ma'am” they answered and dragged the man away. Moon threw her bloody cloak in a bin and cleaned her body before entering the office again.

“anything?” Bert asked immediately she entered,

“nothing much, he’s a low ranked, he doesn’t know anything about the operation but………….. He can be used as a bait” Moon answered him. Rex, Morris, Hawkeye, Magician and Prince were already in the office,

“any news Or clues?” Bert asked them,

“no, we need to carry out more investigation” Rex said,

“we couldn’t even find a damn lead this time” Morris added. Just then three people came in, two men and a woman, everybody stood up to salute them, they were the sapphire force top executives. Moss, Liga and Viper respectively, “how far about the case?” Viper asked,

“no clue yet” Bert answered,

“then try harder” moss said with a frown,

“yes sir” Bert saluted and the executives left. He heaved a sigh of relief,

“that went easier than I can ever imagine” he muttered.

“as we all know, this case is a deadly one, so we need to think and act fast. Agent moon, we are counting on you, and we shall solve this case as always” BANZAI!!!.
