It was just a normal morning, the sun was shining, birds were singing, and I was working at my office. Like always, my assistant was flirting with me. She doesn't get it that I lost my interest after one night.

Then, the secretary came in my office and gave me some files.

"Boss, these are the resumes of the people who are interested in having a job here."

"Okay, you can go now."

I started to look at the resumes she gave me. And like always:

"Well, you thought wrong. Get your payment with my secretary, bye."

"Did I do something wrong?! Tell me I can make it right!" She was so helpless.

"You are not that good in bed. And you can't do your work properly. Now, shush." Just go already! I was getting irritated.

She walked out, crying. What an actress. Well, now it's time.. I smirked looking at the file.

I called my secretary and said:

"This girl. I want her to be my assistant till the day after tomorrow."

Today was my last day living with my roommate. He was going to move out to a new apartment.

"Don't worry, I'll visit you!" Kevin said, trying to cheer me up.

"I know. Chill, I'll be fine, Kevin." I said. But, in reality, I don't know if I'm going to be fine. The apartment is not cheep. It's a noble street, so it's kinda expensive.

My job can't pay it, and I can't just cancel the contract. The only way now, is to find another job.

Ok, I can do this! Easy! C'mon Katherine, cheer up!

I sent my resume to several companies over the internet. All I can do now is wait.

I hate to wait, I get anxious always.

Oh, that was fast. I got a reply from...Star Design Company. Nice.

Wait, what?! STAR DESIGN COMPANY?!

One of the richest companies in the country. They are interested..in me?! Ha!

Great, I start in two days. Tomorrow I need to resign.. I like my current job, but this opportunity is my chance!

The next day..

Everything was going well. The day was perfectly sunny, so I decided to go walking. My house is not that far from my job, so it's unnecessary to get a taxi. I went to my job with my resignation letter. When I got there, I knocked at my boss's office.

"Enter." I heard.

I entered and put the letter on his table.

"Uh, what is this?" He asked, confused.

"Well, it's my resignation letter. You see, I need more money and-"

"Well, I can give you more money, darling.." He interrupted me, and held my hand.

"S-sir, I don't understand what are you-"

"You know, you are so cute..and hot..so beautiful..what about heating my bed tonight? I'll give you a lot of money." He asked me, like it was the most ordinary thing in the world. I felt so disgusted.

He is a fat, small man, in his forties. He is repulsive!

"What are you talking about?! Let go of me!" I said trying to get off his grip.

He got up and presses me against the wall. He was trying to kiss me but he is so small, that he couldn't. Lucky me! I got nervous and kicked him..

I don't regret it. Stupid old pervert.

He screamed in pain, and I used the opportunity to get out. Bye, bye, old man! See you in hell!
