On my way home i was thinking about why in the freaking hell am i falling again, maybe it was his deep blue eyes that shines like a star when he stares at me or maybe his soft black hair that smells so good, or let's just say his handsome face.

As i got out of the car, i saw that my front door was open so i quickly hurried inside, i was shocked the mess the robbers made my TV was nowhere to be seen but; the thought got to me my CLOSET.

I felt my knees get weak and numb, as a business woman and influencer i get many expensive luxury item. I quickly hurried to my vault then; my money was gone, there was $100,000 worth of cash inside that vault the diamond bracelet Leo got me was also missing...

I quickly called the police then went to wait at the door, i suddenly felt tears falling down my face i lost at least everything…

I called Leo,

"Hello? Charlie? Are you there?" he said to me in a worried tone,

"L-Leo" as my voice breaks i sobbed while calling him,

"Who in the ******* world made you cry, Charli im coming over" as he hangs up.

Finally, the police arrived.

"Ma'am are you okay? Let me help you out" as the police woman assist me to a police car.

Leonard arrived, he was worried to see police cars outside Charlotte's home. He quickly approached a police officer asking where is the woman.

"Sir, what is your relationship with the woman? Are you a family member? Spouse?" the police woman asked Leonard

"I am her spouse" he said willingly.

The police woman told Leonard where the police car Charlotte was staying at.

Charlotte saw him through the window as their eyes met each other. Charlotte felt safe at Leonard's arms as she sobbed through the trauma and pain.

"Are you okay? Are you hurt anywhere?" he asked me worried that i got hurt.

"I'm fine, i came here when the damage was already done" i said in a low tone.

"Don't worry about your designer items or the jewelry i bought you, i can replace them all for you. I know you still have money in your bank account but let me compensate the damaged i had done at your mental health" he said to me comforting me.

"I'm sorry, i know you have work later you're supposed to be sleeping for energy" i said to him because i know he was very tired since he's a doctor

"If it's for you, i will never ever get tired" he said to me.
