Her word, Her weapon

Your pov

I yawned and looked around the basement I was still in disbelief. I was actually trapped down here with six boys who I didn't want to be around and the worst part is I couldn't protect my little sister from being taken. I felt tears glisten my eyes as I looked at the floor, Sadie hugged me and I hugged back without hesitation. "Bambi... What's wrong..?" She asked concerned as she played with my hair. Tears started pouring out of my eyes as I hugged her tightly. "I'm sorry... I wasn't able to prevent you from being taken..." I sobbed quietly. I felt as if I had failed my duties as an older sibling. I heard Sadie sigh. "It isn't your fault for you feel the emotions he cannot." She smiled and wiped my tears before getting up and walking back over to her corner.

She always does that when we're in situations like this but I didn't quite understand what that quote meant and since it was Sadie we're talking about she probably meant it that way. Sadie has a way with words she tells you what you need to hear when you need to hear it but she makes sure you don't understand until you need to, yet her words always comfort or reassure you in a weird way.

I smiled to myself she really had a way with words. I watched as she hummed quietly to herself, she had a soft smile even given the situation she was really the most optimistic person I've ever had in my life. I saw Vance sitting on the floor he looked down and I was about to say something but Sadie beat me too it which was probably for the best. "Your anger is just teaching you that there is still hurt hidden, you can use that anger to feel and heal that hurt." She smiled at Vance who looked surprised but barely smiled. Wow.

~Later~

I watched as the grabber came downstairs with that same unsettling mask. I watched as he looked around until his eyes fell on Sadie. I watched as he approached her and ran his hand through her hair, I felt the anger boil inside of me, what was this bastard doing. Sadie still looked calm she was no longer smiling but she was standing there without fear. "You're going to be the death of me aren't you?" She asked calmly. His eyes lit up with an unreadable glint. "I'm afraid so my dear." He nodded slowly before rubbing her cheek softly. I swear to god he's about to have no hands. "You're going to put up quite the fight, I can tell. You remind me so much of my sister. Hmm... Too bad she's dead now." He gave an unnerving smile.

Sadie smiled softly and tilted her head. "If you shall be my end I shall be your regret." He looked at her with a hint of what seemed like respect in his eyes. "Do you not fear death child?" He asked with a grin. "Do not fear death for after you shall see the paradise your life was not." She spoke calmly not a trace of fear in her voice. He nodded slowly before walking back upstairs without another word. I watched as everyone in the room looked at her with amazement as she smiled and sat down. I was incredibly lucky to have her in my life.

~Timeskip (two weeks)~

I yawned and woke up and looked around I saw six people. But no Sadie. I felt my heart fill with panic as I frantically got up and ran up the stairs banging on the door but to no avail... I slid down the door as tears filled up my eyes... I couldn't believe that she may not be coming back. She could very well be gone. I heard the door open and Sadie hugged me. She was silent but okay. She was wearing a pure white dress and was clean. I watched as she smiled reassuringly at me before the grabber pulled her back out of the basement gently and shut the door. What the hell is going on.

I quietly sat on the floor for a few hours. I heard that door open once again I watched as an injured Sadie was thrown downstairs. She had fresh slashes all over her waist and face, she was bleeding pretty badly but she just smiled and wiped my tears away. "Do not fear for now is not my time, my time shall come but that time is not now." She muttered with a gentle smile. I calmed down and laid down on the bed wrapping an arm around Sadie holding her closely while falling asleep.

"Dear Y/n, if you have this slip of paper I'm missing, more missing than I was. But, do not fear for I have left a clue! Under the bridge near the forest where we're raised a paper shall be waiting, follow my clues and you shall find me. Follow my clues too slowly you shall find me unalive. Best of luck Bambi. -Sadie"

There was blood everywhere, I saw an axe, a mask, a paper and a necklace.... There was a unrecognizable female standing Infront of me saying the same thing over and over. "Find her!" I stared into the hazel eyes of the ghost the familiar feeling not fading away, I saw a black phone ringing and the missing boys in the back of ambulances with their families getting and hugging their found children then I saw a female corpse. I couldn't tell who the corpse was but they were there... I saw the grabber and a  few words pooped up in my mind. "Phone, down, sleep" I saw the same ghost that was telling me to find her Infront of the corpse. I couldn't think there was too much going on for my brain to handle.

I woke up in a flash panicked and worried, Sadie was right next to me asleep just like she was before. I sighed of relief and fell back asleep.

What a weird dream...
