Episode 2 - Recalling the past

...Half a month later......

"Sherin... Sherin..."

Hearing the voice, Sherin stops the work she is doing and tilted her head towards the source with a bright smile on her face.

" Sherin see.. how my bowl is? Is this ok... If it's not tell me I will try my best to do this work ?"

" Ohhh... move away Baron. Your bowl is just so so... Sherin see how is this flowers? Do you like it? I have picked this for you in the forest?"

Watching the two minion characters start fighting again before her, Sherin chuckled and patted their head dotingly.

"There. There... Both of you stop fighting. Baron This bow is so pretty like you... And Neena I like these flowers very much. Now tell me why both came with these?"

Sherin questioned the two little fellas. Suddenly without giving any answers Baron and Neena looked at each other and escaped from there. Noticing their movements Sherin guessed that they didn't come here again with their parents permission and chuckled seeing their reactions.

...Sherin's pov...

Mmm.. Almost 15 days have passed since I came to this beast world. In my previous life I was an orphanage who earns for love and care from others. I completed my school and college with my scholarship and got a nice job according to my passion. I met a man who works with me and started dating him. And we enjoyed our life as lovers for 1 year and decided to marry. Those are the happiest times I have spent. He took care of me and made me the happiest person in the world and motivates me when I met any problems.

Soon I got to know that Happiness will not always remains with us. After getting my marriage certificate with him, I soon got news that I have to travel abroad for business related work. He encouraged and coaxed me to go there and said that he will wait for me to celebrate our wedding with our friends. After completing my 5 days of work within 3 days, I returned to my apartment without any information to give him a surprise.

But after reaching my apartment, I realised my life is very cruel to me. I saw my so-called lover and husband and my close friend having sex in my own apartment which I purchased for my wedding life with all my savings. I have never thought in my dreams that they will cheat behind me like this. Unable to accept this betrayal, I gathered evidence regarding their affairs by contacting a detective and published their wrong doings in social media and broadcasting channels. They were sentenced for prison life for the leaking of the company's important details and bribery. Also for having secret affairs they were criticised by public opinions.

After I took my revenge on them, I wasn't able to lead my life peacefully. I have become mentally broken and can't accept any new friendships afraid that will lead to another betrayal. Soon I can't live anymore in depression and commits suicide in my room.

But surprisingly, I transmigrated to this beast world and met Zayn who saved my life. After that day I gathered some information about this world from the healer and mentor of this Red wood tribe, Jane and some others.
