I secure the lock and head to the kitchen
Dad opens the boxes while Mom checks the receipts
After she proclaims the meals satisfactory, we sit down to eat
Keira
There are green balls on my fish *picks one up with the edge of her fork*
Says Mom nibbling on something that resembles a weed
Suddenly Dad’s fork and knife clattered to the table
His shoulders droop, and then he tumbles of his chair, crashing on a heap to the floor
She bends down to reach for dad but, she too, collapses on the ground dropping at his side

What are you guys doing? *completely mystified*
Keira
Is this a new game or something?
I set my fork down and peer under the table. They both are so still. As if they were passed out or.....
