Mistaken

Kaito Ishikawa's POV

"Please, let me return to my husband. I'm begging you."

I stared at the beautiful woman sitting in my bed with tears shimmering in her eyes but bravely look at me.

She's still beautiful since the last time I saw her. But there's something about her that had changed since she marry that bastard. The fire in her eyes replace by coolness in their depth.

I looked at her straight in the eyes and said. "You are mine, Aki."

***** shock was visible in her pretty emerald eyes. I don't know why she's so scared of me when we know each other more intimately than people could imagine.

"I told you. I don't have any idea who are you. I'm sure this is just kind of mistake."

"This conversation is starting to get tiring." told her dryly as I walked near the window and stared outside. I don't want to see the pain in her eyes. Does she really love that man or she just after his wealth?

"At least, let me call my husband." Aki had bargain. "I know he must be going crazy right this moment looking for me."

I stared at her impatiently. I'm starting to lose my patience here. I moved towards his direction briskly.

"Don't you get it? You are mine, Aki. You are not going back to your husband. You are going to stay here with me. I will never release you." I stared deep in her eyes.

"Maybe a few years we will send a divorce paper to that man so you can be free from him."

Raged swirl in her green eyes. "I don't want to be free from him. I love him!"

"How touching." I remarked acidly. "I thought you said before that you are not the type of woman will fall in love."

"I told you," She stopped when we heard the telephone sounded in the bedside table. Only few people knew my landline number I want to ignore the phone call but then I thought that the call might be a good distraction to my hearted conversation to this exasperating woman.

I picked up the receiver as glance briefly in her direction. "Hello?"

"It's me." The familiar voice of Aki sounded on the other line. I instinctively shot my gaze back to the woman sitting bravely in the bed. "You got the wrong woman. That's my twin sister. You are looking for me, right? Please don't hurt my twin I will come in Osaka right this moment. Wait for me, Kaito."

Just what the hell is going on here? I stared at the woman who is in my room looking at me with such pain in her eyes. "Who are you?"

"I'm Aki Yanazaki."

I couldn't believe this. What's happening here? Who is this woman looking at me silently this moment? "You are Aki Satou, correct?"

She nodded regally, wiping the tears in her cheeks.

"Yes, that's my maiden name."

"Do you have a twin?"

"Yes."

I wiped my face with the palm of my hands in frustra tion for the mistake. I still couldn't understand what's happening here. "What's the name of your twin?"

"Akira."

That woman she played me for fool, I thought furiously.

She gave her twin sister's name during our affair.

That's why I chased the wrong twin in the process.

I thought that her real name was Aki Satou. I glanced at the woman staring at me in confusion.

I tried to smile apologetically in her direction. Her husband might kill me now. "It seems that I need to apologize for the mistake, Mrs. Yanazaki."

"I don't think-"

Trubbed my nape as color heated my cheeks. I couldn't believe that Akira Satou played me for fool. "I'm looking for your twin but I got you in the process."

Recognition flashed in her expressive eyes. "Oh, now I understand.” She smiled slightly in my direction. "Are you in a relationship with my sister, sir?"

"Uh.you could say that."

"She left you, isn't she?" Aki Yanazaki inquired casually

"I'm sorry, that's my fault if she left you without notice.

She thought I was in a deep trouble with my father so she went home immediately."

"Trouble?" I asked casually. "What kind of trouble?"

She smiled at me, her eyes sparked with laughter. "You will be surprise how crazy that story is. But you can ask my twin to tell you that story. She's in Tokyo right this moment preparing..." She gasped and stares at me. "..goodness! She's preparing for her wedding tomorrow to our childhood friend, Asahi."

"What?" I asked indecorously. I can't believe what I'm hearing now. I just find out that she's not really who she introduces herself now I will find out that she will be marrying her childhood friend? Seriously, I'm starting to have headache with all the twist and turn.

"Are you okay?" The twin asked sympathetically. "Do you have headache? Do you want some aspirin?"

I gazed at her steadily. "I think need to drink. Do you want coffee, Mrs. Yanazaki?"

"I like some, thank you." We went outside bedroom and went straightly to the kitchen where I make the woman I abducted some coffee. I need to call her husband and explain the mistake I made soon.

Haru Yanazaki's POV

"I will kill him. I will kill him slowly. I will end his worthless life with my bare hands." I muttered those words like mantra and I flex my hands while staring outside the plane window. I couldn't wait for this plan to touchdown in the Osaka soil.

"So promising, Haru." I heard the familiar sarcastic voice of Kyo Hayashi from the other side of the plane.

"I want to see you do that. But need I remind you that you're about to kill a prince so you're probably going to end up in a prison." He looked his other friend who's reading the newspaper silently across to me.

"We're having trouble visiting him in prison by then, don't you think? It's such a long journey from Hokkaido."

I glared at Toshiro who was busy ignoring us. "Remind me again, why he's with us in this journey?"

"Oh, I will remind you." Kyo announced cheerfully from the other side of the aisle. "I'm here because you need my resources. Toshiro's plane used by his mother on her trip to Greece for a little vacation while you're plane is schedule for a maintenance that only leaves my plane to be in service in rescuing my ex-fiancée."

"My wife. Not your ex-fiancée. Thank you very much from keeping that in mind, Kyo." I glared at him vehemently.

"Oh, right. Sorry, my bad." He said insincerely. "Besides, your sister-in-law is now probably in Tokyo as we speak. She already explains everything about the mistake that happened here. So loosen up a little bit, okay?"

"That woman just what kind of trouble she brewed while she's away that led my Aki to be put in the middle of it?" I asked darkly to no one.

Toshiro finally managed to remove his damn eyes on the newspaper he'd been reading. "Will you two just stop, just for a bit?"

"Yeah, Haru." Kyo chided sipping his liquor leisurely.

"Don't stress yourself too much you will look like old.

I don't people to say in the future something like this:

"Hey, Kyo why don't you introduce me to your uncle. I want to discuss some business proposal to him. The fvck, Haru. We're just in the same age."

Toshiro laughed while I sent him a deathly glare. That man has no control with his mouth when everything backs to normal I will slug him to get even with him.

"Everything will be fine, Haru. You must know that my wife was also abducted by her ex-fiancé before. So know what you must feel right now."

"Really?" I asked him a little distractedly.

He nodded, his eyes went dark probably remembering that fateful day. "I nearly went crazy looking for my wife that day."

"Ah, yes." Kyo inserted smoothly, as he rubbed his jaw taking a trip to memory lane. "I can relate with you guys. I remember it clearly the day I abducted Yuuki so she couldn't meet my Grandma's pawn in her game of matchmaking."

I sent him a thunderous glare. "How's that relevant here when you're the one who kidnapped your own wife, Kyo?"

He shrugged innocently as he flashed a smirk.

"Nothing, just want to share it to you guys."

I was about to retort to this bastard when Toshiro interrupted me. He seemed to be serious. "What did your sister-in-law had said, Haru?"

I looked at the duke abruptly. "She said that she will wait for us at the airport and she will bring us to the house where Aki and her captor."

"Don't worry, Haru." Orsini said happily. "For all we know Aki is in good hands and having coffee and a good chat with that guy."

I took a deep breath and stared outside my plane window. I pointedly ignore him I don't want to suffer from his out of this world sarcastic remark. Seriously, I don't know what madness has possessed me to ask for help to him. I knew that he would not hesitate to unleash his sardonic manner.

But at the same time I'm grateful that they help me rescuing my wife with just one phone call from me. All I want to do is save my Aki and probably rearrange the face of that bastard.

I closed my eyes as I remember the moment that I went home to find Aki missing from our penthouse. The suitcase in our bedroom that lay open but my wife is nowhere to be found. I don't want to experience that kind of fear ever again. All I want to do is to hug Aki and never let her out of my sight again.

"Remember to conduct good manner when we see that titled man okay, Haru?" The voice of Kyo sounded again in the silent aircraft. "Or better yet why don't you let me and Toshiro have the conversation with him."

"Kyo." Toshiro warned sharply.

He held up his hands like a silent surrender but I could see the deviltry in his eyes. "What? I just remind him to act like a gentleman not a street thug once we get there."

"Is that necessary?" He asked again.

"Yes," Kyo answered cheerfully, he glanced at his plane window. "Because we're about to land in Osaka, can already see the runway."

My wife, wait for me...
