Our professor in Culture and Tourism Geography dismissed us early, and that's why we occupied the seats for a reservation. The break should be at 10:30, but since if you got late even at the time of 10:30, you'd just be surprised, there are no more available seats for you to sit on, and to eat comfortably.

For goodness's sake, every time I smell that rich aroma coming from the kitchen, my tummy's literally trembling!
I complained. Yorish, who's in front of me, together with her seatmate, Russelvic, just stared at how I instilled that complaint. Yorish suddenly grabbed a biscuit from her bag, trying to offer it to me.

I coldly responded, waving my hand as a no. I grumpily leaned my head onto the table, then all of a sudden, I imagined my twin sister, Dazirene. I know. I know, I confused you all guys for hiding my twin from Yorish, well, we still aren't close! How am I even going to explain that my twin is a psychopath?
I would have never imagined myself, surviving in the near future. My mom's in debt, a debt that's unreasonably high due to the worsened condition of my dad. I guess, I just need to work hard, really hard. I even feel very guilty because Carmilla, my big sister, will have to travel all the way from Marikina to here, just to give my allowance, enough for a month. I mean... that just showcases how dependent I still am up until today, that I'm currently 19 years old.

I coldly replied. I snatched the biscuit from where Yorish left behind on the table, just inches away from me. I opened it up, tear the sealer, then cracked a piece.
I'm really hungry right now, and I don't know why.
Coincidentally, Yorish was there when I was really dy!ng of hunger, and now, she's also here as I starve for food.

A guy from behind stumbled his knee on my face just as aggressive as how I could whenever I physically interact with a flying cockroach like a frickin' stup!d dragonfly.
I put on an indelible frown, scrunching my nose really hard, transformed my irritated eyes to a more monstrous one, letting my eyebrows cross each other like they're not ever going to get separated again, then slowly tilts my head to the guy, giving him a forced smile.
He was about to go away, walking like a grasshopper but I coughed loudly, making him stop.

I continued, showering my anger. I'm still not satisfied yet, I want to scream, wheeze, and insult this pick me lady in front of me. She thought she's cool for being obnoxious like, cool my a$$, attention-drawer.

Sure! Go ahead if you can because I swear, you wouldn't want what's gonna come next.
I could not focus on my platter as I still have this large gloomy sulk on my face. Each time I swallow a spoonful of my breakfast, I could not help but to grit my teeth on the spoon, causing a metallic screech to be heard within a limited distance.
Furthermore, I could see Yorish and Russelvic in front of me, eating gradually. It's like I'm the one who has my seatmate by my side as they get out of place because of my sulky face.

I immediately followed, interrupting her, which caused her to continue eating in a brisk way, not leaving any ounce left on her platter. Weird.
As I'm about to get done with my plate, Yorish and Russelvic were about to stand, but then, a girl at my back, grabbed my hair to the ground, which made our table flip over, causing my chicken from my breakfast platter to be misplaced.
I looked up, only to realize it's Ylaijah, the girl earlier ago, along with her three other sidekicks. She ordered one of her friend to get rid of the chicken, stomping on it multiple times, causing the flesh to be scattered. The other girl, then puts on her gloves, gathering the scattered meat of my chicken, then smashed it on my face.
Didn't know college life here in the most prestigious public university in the Philippines still gets these kind of filthy students.
Ylaijah still could not get enough, pulling my hair. She reached out for a scissor, cutting my extensions. Thankfully, only the extensions were cut off, and not my actual hair.

Now, that's what you get for embarrassing me a while ago. That's what a desperate lady, acting like a real woman in front of everybody gets! That's what a ravenous attention-seeker gets!
She angrily yelled as she lays her hands on my hair, not letting me move even an inch because of her friends, hardly gripping to my feet and legs, and to the both of my arms!
I single-handedly spoke, kicking one of her friends.
I spoke yet again, manhandling the one who grips on my arm.
I kicked the other one who hardly grips on my leg by using my other leg.
I screamed as I reached the face of the standing Ylaijah, pummelling her by scratching her eyes.
I stood up, having a doll-like figure of a hair, curled up and looked like a disaster. I'm glad, I've finally laid my hand on this girl, having her fresh lipstick spread on her cheeks.

I stated. Moreover, I slowly walked towards Ylaijah, letting my face come near to her face.

I said right before grabbing Yorish and Dazirene as I compose myself, forcing the tears in my eyes to stop from falling, though it's pretty obvious in my red face, as well as my eyes having wet surface all around, being stingy cause of redness. I don't want this. I don't this side of me. I don't want to be like this, but why the hell does this world initiate to give me these crappy people?

Yorish called me out as I hold her hands tightly while walking outside the cafeteria. The people left there are still looking at me, being uncontrollably expressive.
I stopped for a moment, still not facing her and Russelvic, still on my back.
She ordered, which I did not follow. Seconds have passed after that phrase, and I was about to walk away, but Yorish pulled me still.

I answered as my voice shakes. I felt a tear, came down my cheek, and wiped it out quickly.

Right before I could even finish my words, Yorish was already at my front, seeing me vulnerably emotional, having my tears suppressed inside the lids of my eye.

D-Dollibae...
She uttered. My tears finally flowed through, unable to be forced to stop, which I followed with a huge stomp as I make a silent hiccup. I hid my face under my bangs, then ran away as quick as I can, avoiding any possible eye contact with all the students I get passed by.
I run as I wipe these tears falling off of my cheeks, silently outpouring hiccups. As soon as I reached the front door of our room, I immediately went to my seat, sulking as I cover my face with my arms on the desk.

What happened?
I did not realize Jaevier was there beside me. He caressed my hair, which caused me to get my head up, now with an obvious degradation on my face.
I cried in front of him, ranting about what happened earlier ago. I even narrated what has been happening inside my family, releasing out all the frustration I have inside me. I saw Yorish and Russelvic in front of the door, not entering in as I cry myself out.
That didn't matter to me at that moment. The only thing that matters at that time was lessening the pressures in my chest by pouring out all the challenges I face to Jaevier.
We're not even that close, but thankful enough to be able to comfortably vent all these out.
At least, I've got the chance to... to scream my antagonizing life.
