The most important thing for becoming a Kpop Idol is being slim, not chubby. No hate to sweet chubbies! So you have to start training from now, before auditioning. You have to workout on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, you can rest on Sundays! And if you think that your body doesn't need the rest then you can practice dance on Sundays for 30 minutes. And I hope you can start working out on Saturday, so your body can get a little rest before the workout. I have also given the exercise names. And I also recommend the apps given above. 2. Diet:
Ah! Diet! The step of weight losing, in which we all struggle! Many people think that I should starve for days so I can lose weight, but that is totally WRONG! While starving helps you to lose weight it also harms your body, and the fat you think you are losing is only water fat you will gain it again after eating one piece of rice. So instead of starving like Jimin from BTS, I think you should maintain a proper diet like Lisa from BLACKPINK. But you should remember that over-excercising is also harmful for our body. I will give you something that you can actually follow, it is a calory counter.
Breakfast: 304 calories
Morning Snack: 144 calories
Lunch: 304 calories
Evening Snack: 304 calories
I mostly prefer that you should eat small meals frequently, like instead of eating 3 full meals, you can eat 6 meals of 1/3 of the full meal. In this way you will consume less calories and feel full. It is killing 2 birds with 1 stone.
