Body Like A K-pop Idol in 30 days Challenge

The most important thing for becoming a Kpop Idol is being slim, not chubby. No hate to sweet chubbies! So you have to start training from now, before auditioning. Koreans believe being skinny makes you 12 times more beautiful and having a good skin makes you 3 times more beautiful. I made a workout routine for all of you. Here it goes:

1. Workout Routine:

Most of us struggle when it comes to our weight. Some of us also feel ashamed because of our cute chubby body but there is nothing to be ashamed of, God gave us this body so we can look different than others. But those who want to be slim, they are also not wrong just because they want a good looking body. And for a good looking body you need to workout. So here is a routine for you.

You have to workout on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, you can rest on Sundays! And if you think that your body doesn't need the rest then you can practice dance on Sundays for 30 minutes. And I hope you can start working out on Saturday, so your body can get a little rest before the workout. I have also given the exercise names. And I also recommend the apps given above. And you can find the excercises in Google.

2. Diet:

Ah! Diet! The step of weight losing, in which we all struggle! Many people think that I should starve for days so I can lose weight, but that is totally WRONG! While starving helps you to lose weight it also harms your body, and the fat you think you are losing is only water fat you will gain it again after eating one piece of rice. So instead of starving like Jimin from BTS, I think you should maintain a proper diet like Lisa from BLACKPINK. But you should remember that over-excercising is also harmful for our body. I will give you something that you can actually follow, it is a calory counter.

Breakfast: 304 calories

Morning Snack: 144 calories

Lunch: 304 calories

Evening Snack: 304 calories

I mostly prefer that you should eat small meals frequently, like instead of eating 3 full meals, you can eat 6 meals of 1/3 of the full meal. In this way you will consume less calories and feel full. It is killing 2 birds with 1 stone.

*I also recommend that you should burn more calories than you eat, like if you eat 344 calories in breakfast, you should burn 360 calories. And don't drink water right after eating, have water after 1 hour later. You should also drink 8 glasses (250ml/glass) in a day, though there is something called as too much of water, you should drink 8 glasses to stay hydrated. And you can also add lemon(without salt) to your water if you are bored of the same taste, wait--- water doesn't have a taste! Eh, silly me...*
