Chapter 4: Handy

"Oh? Secrets are being revealed. As expected since we're just strangers just awhile ago. Go on don't stop now." Herald stated.

Asmodeus continued. "So as we all know, there are three unique classes it is the assassin, martial artist, and the necromancer. But Mavis is the real deal as she is both a support mage and battle mage and-."

Xiu interrupted. "It's indeed great and all but that's all there is. If she is both battle mage and support then we also have subordinates that is support and a battle mage."

Asmodeus continued. "General Xiu please let me finish first. Mavis have a unique skills that is like a cheat. She has an unlimited mana and she can heal and cast buff spells in a large scale. So when you say that we're lucky you're wrong. We didn't had any casualties when we arrived here because of her."

Asmodeus told them one of the reasons why they don't want to be under the Adventurers Guild Union, they don't want AGU to hold into overpowered abilities like what Mavis has as it could tear down the balance of the world.

Both Herald and Xiu had their hope risen up, thinking that they could actually win.

The three of them drink while talking until the next day. After that, Asmodeus returned where his company resides.

Asmodeus shouted. "Hey Alicia! Why did you not call me when you guys got out of there?"

Alicia replied,. "Well, it's your fault, nobody told you to talk and drink with them forever. By the way how's the relaunch of our guild?"

Asmodeus replied. "Ahhh we will talk about that later, let me sleep first 'cause I've been up all night."

"Tsk you dickhead!" Alicia said.

After a few hours. Rael granted them an old villa to be the Handy's guild house. When they finished organizing the guild, everyone congratulates Handy for the success of relaunching their guild. The members of Handy are overjoyed, that they are finally from AGU's grasps.

Herald told Asmodeus that they should consider having guards because the kingdom's men are all occupied so they can't provide much protection.

Handy Guild organizational structure:

Asmodeus- guild master (peak diamond) (Paladin)

Alicia- vice guild master (peak diamond) (Marksman)

Mavis- support (peak diamond) (unique: support and battle mage)

Haji- guild guard/backup (two stars gold) (warrior)

Myrr- guild guard/backup (one star gold) (battle mage)

Blake-guild guard/backup (one star gold) (priest)

Ash-guild guard/backup (two stars gold) (spearman)

Luke- guild staff (three stars bronze) (warrior)

Maurice- guild staff (one star bronze) (support)

Chloe- guild staff (two stars bronze) (priest)

The joy and smiles soon disappeared when they are began preparing for the battle soon.

While Kira is already fighting some low to mid class monsters, he grew and grew stronger as his body adapts to the power of Kratus. Until he finally met a monster that can use mana.

"That monster can use mana? Wait, I could actually recognize it. That's the shadow leopard, a class A monster. Now that's a challenge I am looking for."

Class A or higher class monsters can use mana. The higher the class, the higher their proficiency in using mana.

While the shadow leopard and Kira fight goes on, Kira's body can no longer keep up with the movements of the leopard.

"Is the Leopard's getting faster or I'm just getting slower? What the hell is wrong with me? A I really this weak?"

But Kira's mind is unease, it feels like he posses something that will help him out.

"Oh fvck what the hell am I doing until now? I've been fighting barehanded till now and it's not like I'm a martial artist. I'm an assassin! Ah the dagger!! This place is so open, I need to make some space to bring out the dagger through the spacial ring."

As Kira helds back, he eventually found a rocky area that could possibly be a temporary place for hiding. He slowly retreated but he also made sure that the shadow leopard follows.

"Yeah that's right follow your death."

Finally they arrive in the rocky area.

"Now charge my mana in the ring and command it in may mind, spacial ring bring out my dagger."

Instantly the spacial ring brought out a hundred daggers. The scene bought confusion to Kian, it also gave his location and now the leopard is coming in his way.

"Arggh! I didn't know that the spacial ring carries a lot of dagger. Got no time to search for the dagger that I saw in the cave. The cat is already near. Hmm?his dagger seems new it has its new sheath and seems silvery like my hair, good, I'll just use this."

As soon as Kira casts a skill into the dagger "Darkness touch"

and attacks the shadow leopard.

Kira can't believe that he actually one shot a class A monster. But still, he is not contented in his current level so he swear in himself that he must be atleast be strong as Kratus or stronger. He know that he will meet more stronger opponents in the future. Kira also assumed that the people who betrayed Kratus are already in the Adamantium rank.

"Can't rush anything I'm still weak so Let's hunt some monsters for now and get stronger."

The day ended

Finally the day for the battle that decides the fate of Azrael and Handy.

Their forces was divided into three units.

The first unit and also the vanguard is leaded by Xiu.

The second unit and also the rearguard is leaded by Herald

The last unit is the Handy, a reconnaissance unit that must find the class S monster, the one that they think is the cause of this havoc. When they spot the said monster then everyone will retreat and regroup then produce another plan to kill the monster. That's their plan that Herald proposed.

King Rael said some words. "This is our chance to rise again. Counselor, General, this kingdom is nothing without you, please come back alive. And Asmodeus, won't your guild will find good members and spread to other kingdoms? Please tell your members to come back alive as well.

Asmodeus replied. "I understand your majesty, take care of yourself too. A Kingdom with few men is hard to flourish but without a king then there is no kingdom."

Rael replied. "Haha wise words. We'll be careful. Ah before you go, please meet my daughter, her name is Dell. Her mother died when she gave birth to her. She's all what I got, she's my treasure that's why I'll do anything just to protect her."

Asmodeus replied again. "Oh, she's so gorgeous. Nice to meet you princess Dell."

Dell. "Nice too meet you too master Asmodeus. As my father said, please take care and come back alive."

Alicia interrupted as she's feeling jealousy deep inside "Hey it's still broad daylight and you're wet dreaming? let's go dickhead."

Asmodeus. "Huh?! I'm sorry princess but we need to go."

"Ughh that's embarrassing, why do you need to interrupt whenever I have a good time?" Asmodeus told Alicia.

Alicia replied. "Ah whatever, love is never meant for you anyway."
