Chapter 5

A Saturday morning arise, and I planned to stay inside my room and watch my favorite series. Unfortunately, Corki called and planned to go to the mall together with Levi's twin sister, Lexi.

Great no rest day...

I got up and walked towards the bathroom inside of my bedroom. I bathed, brushed my teeth, and dried myself with a fresh towel. I walked toward my closet and pick out my outfit, knowing Corki for so long, I know we will take forever inside of the store trying out new outfits. I took out a pair of white long-sleeves and paired them with a black skirt. I tied my hair into a messy bun and prepared my things for today's activity.

After fixing myself, I walked out of my room and proceed to the kitchen. I was welcomed by my big brother, who was cooking our breakfast. My brother noticed my presence and my outfit, he didn't say anything because he already knew that reason.

"Morning, little sis." he greeted as he put our breakfast on the table. I simply nod at him and grab my sit at the table. He made pancakes together with strawberries on them.

"Where are you and Corki going?" My brother asked as he drink his coffee.

"To the mall" I replied as I took a bite of my food.

Yummy! ^-^

"Only the two of you or there's another victim?" He asked again. I simply nod at him again as a reply and sweat-dropped as I recalled the last time, me and Corki went shopping.

FLASHBACK:

It was my first week being a first-year student here at Western Academy. I got out of my classroom when Corki suddenly appeared in front of me.

"Let's go SHOPPING, BABE!!" Corki exclaimed as she dragged me out of the building.

"Cor, h-hold o-on....my big-brother w-w-will pick me up," I said as I gather my breath as we stopped in front of her family's car.

"Your brother will pick you up, right?" Corki asked and I nodded at her.

"Great! someone else will help us carry our bags," Corki said happily.

Corki told her family's driver to wait for my brother's arrival. After ten minutes, my brother appeared walking casually towards my school. I waved my hand signaling him to come to us. As he stopped in front of us, I saw in my side view vision that Corki is hella mesmerized by my brother's appearance.

"Little sis, ready to go home?" My brother asked. Before I could reply, Corki elbowed me signaling to introduce my brother to her. I cleared out my throat and hold my brother's hands to stop him from walking away.

"Ne Big brother, meet my friend, Corki Cheng, and Corki, meet my big brother," I said. After introducing my brother to Corki, they shake their hands together.

I asked my brother if he could hang out with us and help us carry our shopping bags. And he agreed.

We went and arrived at the Mall. We spent almost 6 hours shopping, Corki already brought sixteen shopping bags. While I didn't even have the chance to buy anything because of the bags I'm carrying.

"16 more to go!!" Corki exclaimed.

END OF FLASHBACK:

"Good Luck then," He said. Then I left the house.

CURRENT LOCATION: MALL

I arrived at the mall earlier than expected because Corki haven't appeared yet. I walked around the mall a bit. While I was walking, I found an empty bench near the fountain. As I wait for them to arrived, I pulled out my phone out of my bag. Scrolling to my feeds, a notification pop out of my screen.

A message? From SeriousEagle? I haven't chat him back after what he said.

From SeriousEagle: I already met you before, I confess to you.

Upon reading his chat, I'm completely confused right now!

To SeriousEagle: Where? When? and How???

After sending the message to him, I heard a "ting" across the bench I'm seating. I was about to look across me suddenly, I could hear Corki's voice coming from my right side. Looking to my right side, I can see Corki coming to my direction together with a beautiful girl that looks like Levi.

"BABE!!" Corki shouted. I stand up from my seat and went to them. As I went closer to them, Corki pulled me infront of the look-a-like of Levi.

"Babe, let me meet, Lexi Martino and Baby Lexii, meet my babe, Rebecca Bliss." Corki said. I offered a simple waved and smile, and she returned the same too.

"Since the introduction is done, now let's start the get to know you stage by SHOPPING!!" Corki exclaimed. As she lead the way of the very first store out of 80 stores. Me and Lexi had no other choice but to follow her around.

As we followed Corki's lead, I simply glanced back at my previous seat earlier near the fountain. The person standing across me is nowhere to be found.

Upon entering the first store, the store was filled with branded clothes. And of course, Corki just casually picked everything she sees. The saleslady already know and how to handle Corki. Me and Lexi just casually looking around the store.

I went to the hoodie section to look for a new one. As I looked, a particular black hoodie caught my attention. I was about to grab it suddenly, someone already grab it. I look to my side to see who grab it.

What the hell?? No one's besides me??

Mommyy!! I'm scared!!

While I was deep in thoughts, Lexi approached me.

"Umm.. Rebecca, are you alright?" Lexi asked as she put her hand on my shoulder, while in her other hand, she already holding five shopping bags.

"Yeah, I'm alright. So, is Corki done shopping?" I asked as we looked to our right side seeing Corki in the counter paying her stuffs.

"Let's go" Corki said as she approached us.

We left the first store out of 80 stores.

Pray for my beloved legs..

After a long day of shopping, all of us parted ways.

Finally!

After parting ways with the girls, I walked to the nearest bus stop. While waiting for the bus, I brought out my phone inside of my bag. And saw a bunch of messages coming from my brother, the student counsel, volleyball club, and SeriousEagle. I opened all of the messages I received

...Volleyball Group Chat:...

Elias Ford: LEVI!!! WHAT THE HELL DID YO--

Bryce Astor: Quick! prepare the popcorn.

...WA Student Council Chat Room:...

Mr. President: ANNOUNCEMENT! IMPORTANT MEETING ON MONDAY!

^^^Me: Way to kill our weekend, Mr. Pres.^^^
