Chapter 01 || Begining A day where everything begins in the first year of middle school.

Wow. I'm in another stupid school year. I finally finished first year of middle school which was pretty exhausting because people left and right would try to guess why the hell am I always so cold.

That's me. The girl who hates every single f*cking soul on earth and doesn't give two sh*ts about life.

If people would make me mad when I'm slightly feeling something other than hatred towards everyone, I would really wish to stab them with a dagger.

I went out of the house, ignoring my parents calls and started stomping to school.

I was always in a bad mood and my family was the reason. I don't understand how people say family knows and is the best.

I even hate my whole family just as much as I despise every single person.

While cursing at every single person I knew I hated, this guy called Chifuyu gave me a surprise by greeting me with his little smile.

I watch Y/n as she stomped to school, obviously in a bad mood.

I was planning to confess my feelings for her but I knew I'd get rejected because of how cold she is.

Why was she cold to people anyway? Like, she's always in a terrible mood.

I started daydreaming her and I, running in the field and kissing after.

But then, I heard loud banging on my desk.

Class is over now, and I have to get my next book for my next class.

When I closed my locker, I saw Chifuyu again, leaning against the locker next to mine.

I followed her happily. Even if she hated me, we would still be in the same class together like always.

Her scent was really amazing. If we were a couple, I would wish to cuddle her everyday in order to just smell the beautiful scent that came from her.

The sun was setting now and everyone was going home because it was time to go home.

Y/n and I were of course walking together like always. Not that she wanted it to happen, it's just that we are neighbours and our houses are right next to each other.

When we had reached the front of her home, she was about to go in, before I stopped her.

She turned to me.

I wasn't fully prepared to do this.

She went back and crossed her arms.

She opened the door and went inside.

Before closing it, she said something that said,

I just left her house and went to mine so I could sulk in my room.

I dropped my backpack at the doorstep while getting up to my bedroom, ignoring my mother because I was still mad at her.

Sissy! How's being a second year middle schooler?

I turn to her annoyed, and said,

I walked slammed the door, shutting my little sister away with the door.

I jumped to my bed, groaning because of how exhausted I was.

After several minutes of overthinking stuff, I stood up and changed out of my uniform, got my earphones and turned on Spotify so I could listen to music.

Music was one of the only ways to help me escape my mental issues.

Then, the song Numb Little Bug started playing.

I was wondering to myself. Should I be concerned that I relate to the lyrics?

After a few minutes of listening to music, I heard knocking at my door.

Mrs. L/n

Y/n, sweetie? Dinner is ready.

She kept knocking, until I said,

I'm busy! Leave me alone!

My mother stopped and I heard her footsteps die down as it went downstairs.

I then heard my little sister's tiny voice say,

Mommy, is sissy coming down to eat?

No, sweetheart.

She's not hungry.

But, mommy . . . she hasn't ate in weeks.

I stopped listening to their conversation and turned the music up so that my headphones could supress the noise coming from downstairs.
