Face to Face with The Killer

"That's strange" Mina whispered as she checked her phone again, just to make sure she was on the right address. "iam pretty sure this is the address from that unknown number, how come no one is here to welcome me or something...?" She said to herself.

"Should i head back?" She shook her head. "NO MINA! YOU CAN'T BACK OUT NOW! WAIT A BIT MORE!" She said to herself with a great determination.

Just then, someone called her on her phone. "Must be from the agency" She thought and hurriedly answered the phone.

She bought it close to her ears. "Hello?" She said.

"Thank you for waiting, princess"

The voice was deep and somewhat scary. Her eyes-widenened. "P-princess....?"

Just before she could finish, someone put a cloth over her face from behind. "HMMMPPPHH!!!!" She tried her best to kick it out but failed.She passed out and was dragged inside a big black van by a group of men in black.

Mina opened her eyes. Her sight was a bit blurry. "Where.... Am...i???" She sluttered. By time, her vision got clear and she realized that she is inside a big car. Thankfully, there was no cloth on her mouth.

"WHERE AM I!? HELP!!" She shouted. There was no one else in the car. She looked outside the window, the area was remote and no one else was there.

She tried getting out, but her hands were tied with a rope. "NO NO NO THIS CANT BE HAPPENING! DID I GET SCAMMED FROM THAT SITE!?" she cried out.

Just then, two masked men arrived towards her and forcefully dragged her outside the car. "HEY LET ME GO! YOU PIECES OF TRASH! LET ME GO!" She screamed and kicked but it was no use.

She looked up and was shook to see a Apartment, almost the size of a castle up front. She realized that this is the place where she is being taken to right now. The masked men dragged her inside and led her towards a room.

It was nothing less than a luxury apartment with all the luxurious stuff, gold, diamonds, ruby and money everywhere. "What the hell is this place??!!" She said to herself while she examined the room.

The two masked men threw Mina on the floor. "AHHH!! HEY BE GENTLE!" She complained, trying to get back up.

Just then, a man walked inside the room. "I see you are here already" Mina's eyes widened in shock. "WAIT! THIS VOICE IS FAMILIAR!" She looked up to see him but his back was facing Mina and she couldn't see anything clearly except his black locks of hair. She gritted her teeth in anger.

"WHO ARE YOU!? AND WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME!?" she yelled. "Iam not supposed to answer that" He replied. This time, Mina finally recognized the voice.

"YOU ARE THAT PERSON WHO CALLED ME EARLIER TODAY?" She asked. "Maybe" he replied. His deep voice was enough to send chills to any body. But Mina couldn't care less. He was her kidnapper, afterall.

"Who even are you!? Let me go!?" She shouted trying to untie her hands. The man laughed and slammed his hands on the table, his back still facing Mina. "Shut up, won't you?" He warned.

Mina gulped and finally gave up.

"Look! If you kidnapped me for money, its no use! My parents are not here and i live alone. Iam a student!" Mina stated pleadingly.

"Do i look like i need money?" Mina looked around. (Obviously not! His apartment looks like its made of gold itself! Idiot) Mina shook her head.

"My bad" she said in a light voice.

"Atleast show your face" She asked, out of curiosity. "And why should i do that?" He crossed his arms.

"No reason, i was wondering, you might be rich but just don't have the looks to show me. I bet you are super ugly, like some middle aged uncl-" Her heart stopped when the man finally turned around.

(He is.... so handsome!!!) She kept staring at him with wide eyes. "Am i ugly?" he asked with a smirk.

She immediately shook her head.

"BUT WAIT!" She gasped when she looked closely at his face. She was shook, her hands started trembling and her skin turned pale. Her lips stared shivering. She wanted to speak but no words came out. She has now recognized him.l

"You look like you just witnessed a murder" He laughed mischievously. Mina was still stunned.

"Y-you.....A-are..... t-the... k-kill-..." She sluttered. Her words weren't supporting her. "Damn, i totally forgot to introduce myself" he smiled. He walked towards her and sat down on one feet in front of her, where she was sitting on the floor.

He lifted up her chin. Drops of tears started forming in her eyes.

"Iam Sinister, Sinsiter Vince"

She felt like dying. Her mind exploded with a million questions and extreme hatred. She was disgusted by the face of him.

"You are.... The one... who killed.... Yo-Yoshiko?"

Upon hearing this, Sinsister smiled and got up. "Oh, you mean that Japanese girl?" Mina's eyes widened. "I killed her".

"You...." Tears were streaming down Mina's face as she cried uncontrollably. "YOU MONSTER!" she yelled. Sinister raised his brow. "Ive never seen anyone being so sympathetic with her before. Are you her sister?" He asked.

"Best friend.... YOU SNATCHED MY BEST FRIEND AWAY FROM ME!" She yelled. Sinister rolled his eyes. "Girls and their false sense of emotions." He replied and sat down on his chair.

"WHY DID YOU KILL HER!? WHAT DID SHE EVER DO TO YOU!? SHE WAS INNOCENT!"

"Innocent?" He put away the file he was holding and started laughing maniacally. "Oh my gosh! you are hilarious" He leaned back on his chair.

"She was the least innocent person i knew" He replied. "Knew? How- How did you know her!?" Mina asked in confusion.

"Yeah should i tell you everything now? No wait let me give you my bank account password. Stupid girl" He mocked. Mina gulped her anger.

"TREVOR!" he called out to his assistant.

"Take this un-mannered girl to her room. Lock her up. Dont let her out unless i order to"

"NO! LEAVE ME!" She yelled, but Trevor and the other men had already got hold of her. They dragged her to a room and locked the door from outside, after untying her hands.

"NO! LET ME GO! PLEASE! I CANNOT STAY HERE!" She banged on the door violently but it was no use. Her legs started trembling and she fell down on the floor.

Mina looked around the room. It actually was pretty luxurious too. She gained some courage to walk up towards the bed. She never wanted to sleep, after everything that happened.

"Bad dream, this is all a bad dream." She wiped away her tears and plunged on the bed. The bed for absolutely soft and the room aesthetic made her feel a bit cozy. As tired as she was, she fell asleep.
