Stupidity Or Revenge?

"Yoshiko.....No, DONT LEAVE ME!" Mina opened up her eyes suddenly. "Just a dream??" She sighed as tears rolled down her cheeks.

"Yeah, As ive not cried enough" She said to herself, wiping the tears with her hands. She got up from her bed and walked towards her study table.

Mina opened up her laptop and began searching for something. She scrolled up and down, in a state of hurry and distress. "Huh? Investigation authority?" She chanted as she clicked on the link which was sent to her by some unknown person.

The link led her to an advertisement page. She carefully observed it. "Looking for new faces for their investigation plan" She bit her nails nervously. "HUH!? AND THIS CASE IS WORKING ON THE FAMOUS KILLER!" Her eyes widened as she kept scrolling some more.

"This is my chance, i wont back away from it" She said to herself with determination.

After finishing what she was doing, she went downstairs to get a glass of water from the kitchen. It was dark downstairs, so she lighted up the flash light of her phone on her way down.

She poured herself a glass of water and grabbed a snack too along with it, as she was feeling a bit hungry.

She sat down upon the couch and turned on the T.V. Her heart was still heavy, but she chooses to watch news again. Just to get some more information about the murder of her best friend, since that case was all over the city, and was among the hot topics.

The news showed the picture of the killer, which Mina had already seen. "Killer showes his face on social media, claiming he murdered Yoshi...." Mina stopped mid sentence while reading the news. She couldnt read it anymore, she didnt have the stamina for that.

She clinched her hands into a fist. "This shameless freak! He took my happiness away from me!" Mina muttered in anger. Never has she hated anyone so much in her life before. Just then, she received a text message on her phone. Mina put the T.V remote aside and picks up her phone to check the texts.

"Huh? Who is this?" She received a text but the sender was unknown. She opened it up and it said:

"Greetings, Miss Mina. You applied to our investigation company today. We are glad to have you. Just come on this address xxxxxxxx tomorrow."

Mina clinched her heart. This was her chance. She wanted to ask more about the Killer, like his name and other things. But she decided to just leave it as it is for now. "I will surely come" she texted back.

She put her phone aside and leaned back on her couch, closing her eyes slightly. She knew it was stupid and childish to apply to some investigation company just to seek revenge on a world famous killer. But she had a determination, no matter how it ends.

Sinister's headquarters:-

"PLEASE LET ME GO! I SWEAR I WONT SPREAD ANY MORE RUMOURS ANYMORE!" The tied up man begged.

Sinister laughed. "My oh My, anymore? Who said i will give you a chance to even be able to walk properly, let alone spread rumors?" He chuckled.

"S-sir please! I swear i wont ever do it again!" The man pleaded.

"And how can we even believe you won't do it again?" Another man, who was standing next to sinister spoke up. "i dont know Dominic, maybe we should cut his hands and legs? No! Better! We can sew his mouth?" Sinister smiled with an evil grin.

"Yeah at this point we better kill you man, either you tell us who sent you. Or either you die, or maybe even worse, get tortured in many ways" Dominic warned. The man gulped.

"Choose one we dont have all day you moron!?" One of sinister's men spoke.

"OKAY OKAY FINE I WILL TELL YOU!" The man pleaded. "Its Clark, He sent me here. HE WAS BEHIND ALL THIS! HE EVEN SPREA-" Before he could finish, blood splattered from his head and mouth, and he fell back on the chair.

Sinister put back his gun and sighed.

"HEY MAN! HE WAS FINALLY GIVING SOME INFORMATION AND YOU JUST!?" Dominic argued. "if you wanted to kill him so badly, we could've killed him after he was done speaking" He continued.

"This piece of trash was lying" Sinster replied. "Lying?"

"Yes, Clark has been in touch with me the past months." Sinister looked at the man's lifeless body. "And this poor soul thought he could get away accusing one of our own men. How pathetic"

With this, he left the room, wiping up his blooded hands with a cloth. Dominic followed right behind. "So what are you planning to do now? This was the last agent of them. How are we supposed to get more information?" Dominic stated.

"Yeah about that, i already told the gang to run a background check on the dead man. They will find all the information in no time whatsoever" Sinister replied.

"Oh and, about Yoshiko's case" Dominic reminded. "It really is blowing up everywhere, even on social medias" He said.

"Yeah, like i care. They can do their worst, it wont affect me Dom" Sinister replied, plunging his body on a nearby couch. "Is the police looking for me?" He asked.

"No, not at all. They are scared and all police officers refuse to get in the depth of this case" dominic replied. Sinister laughed. "See? Told you so" He closed his eyes.

"According to the citizens, they are still participating in rallies and stuff. They want justice they say"

Sinister went silent. "Justice? For who? A cheater? No justice will ever be served to someone who turn their backs on Sinister" He replied.

Dominic nodded and took out his phone. Sinsiter recieved a text on his phone. He opened it up and looked at Dominic. "Who the hell texts while they are in the same room dominic?" Sinister asked while checking the message. Dominic smiled.

"oh i see, she texted back?" Sinister smiled slightly. Dominic nodded his head in a head. "She is going to be at the place i told her about today. We will kidnap her from there and bring her here" Dominic replied.

"Sweet, And make sure she isnt hurt or anything. No one should be able to touch her unless i order them to"
