Married to strangers!!?

"Hey Noran, today we are supposed to register for marriage. Come quickly. I am already at the civil affairs bureau,"said Lee on the phone.

"I am still at work. Why don't you fill in your information? I will arrive later and fill in my details."Noran was not much interested in these things and thought of her work as more important.

Noran and Lee were in the same college and Lee confessed to her and after much efforts they started dating and Lee was kind to her but an aloof girl like her did not feel any different.They finally decided to marry as for Noran it was not important who she was marrying as long as the other half did not trouble her.

In the civil affairs bureau, beides Lee,there was another woman whose partner did not arrive. She was Aria, a stylish young woman with short hair.Her marriage partner was a cold handsome genius named Carl.They got to kniw each other in high school and the girl had been following him till they got admitted to the same college and started dating.

Carl was cold but never troubled Aria but was indifferent to her even when they started dating and he needed a marriage partner so they decided to marry.But it seems like he did not arrive on time and ignored her calls for he liked quietness but meassaged her saying,"I already filled my form so take care of yours."

Noran arrived at almost the closing time of civil bureau affairs and did not see the appropriate details and just filled hers quickly and rushed back home.

"Phew,that was close. I am so tired.Tomorrow I'll go with Lee to get the marriage certificates," said Noran as she was about to sleep.

Next day....

The two couples arrived to get their marriage certificates but their partners on the certificate were strangers. Looking at each other they were shocked and confused.

The employees there took them to get their pictures and gave them their marriage certificates

"Wait why is my partner not Carl?"Aria angrily glared at Noran.

"How can my partner be not you,Noran?" Lee with a depressed look.

Noran looked at Lee once and then looked at her newly wedded husband.She could not understand what went wrong but only gave in to the current situation with a sigh.

Carl did not really care about the turn of events but it was quite weird.

He wanted some peace and made an agreement that the turn of events must have shocked others but it is a reality so they could only give in and they will all divorce after six months and get back their real partners but till then they were not to make fuss about this and could live as they want. But married men and women staying together with others should not be done till they divorce as it would break the social laws and ruin their reputation.

After all this Lee and Aria left feeling depressed and agitated.Noran was about to leave when Carl asked her,"You seem not to be bothered."

"I don't really care so I can only give in. For me , it was to marry to someone who loves me for he will take care of me rather than be married to someone who doesn't love me back even if I love him..," sighed Noran thinking she is talking too much and was about to leave...But Carl grabbed her hand and for the first time his lips curled into a smile after talking to a woman.

"Where are you going?Tonight is our wedding night so we must sleep together."Carl said with eyes filled with passion.

"Ah....What????Wait.."
