Chapter: 3 Part 1
The boys spent the rest of the day, doing stuff alone at their own homes
Yeonjun went to take a walk that afternoon. He returned home after 8pm. He went to some relaxing places to get his mind off of what happened that day with Soobin.
Yeonjun reached his apartment. He opened the door and went in.
Yeonjun lives alone since his parents are living in America with his little brother
He didn't want to go, and he didn't want to stay at their house alone, so he told his parents to let people rent the place till they return and he'll rent an apartment.
He rented an apartment in Seoul and moved there a month ago
Anyway, Yeonjun took a shower and changed into some comfortable clothes.

Noww, what shall i eat~
He went to the kitchen and looked around
Yeonjun
Argh!! I really don't wanna cook tonight, might as well as have some ramen.
He took a packet of ramen from the kitchen cupboard. Just then his phone started to ring
Yeonjun
Hey mom, what's up? How are you?
(Yeonjun) Mom
We're doing just fine.. How are you my handsome son? Are you doing okay?
(Yeonjun) Mom
Did you eat?
Yeonjun
Nope.. Not yet. I'm gonna eat some ramen... I really don't wanna cook tonight

Oh nonsense!! You can't keep on eating ramen every night
Yeonjun
I don't mom.. Don't worry, I'm alright

Ummm.. About that. Son... I have something i wanna talk to you about
Yeonjun
Yeah, what is it mom?
Yeonjun had a feeling his mother was hiding something from him
(Yeonjun) Mom
Well... Your father... He's not in the right health
(Yeonjun) Mom
Can't you visit us?
Yeonjun
Wait what!! Dad's sick?
Yeonjun
Why didn't you tell me before?
(Yeonjun) Mom
It happened last night, he suddenly had chest pain, so we took him to the hospital
(Yeonjun) Mom
They said that he has a heart condition...
Yeonjun was loss for words. It had been the best day ever, and the starting day of the year 2022
This was supposed to be a good day, filled with happy things
Instead, his father got ill
Yeonjun was silent for a moment
Yeonjun
I'll come visit you, but tell me.. Is dad's condition really bad?
(Yeonjun) Mom
No, no, no.. not that bad.. You can come after your exams
Yeonjun
Okay.. It's gonna end in two weeks
(Yeonjun) Mom
Sure.. Your dad will be happy to see you.. It'll take things off of his mind

He's starting to get better.. So you don't have to worry about it, okay?
(Yeonjun) Mom
I'll inform you if anything else happens, okay?
Yeonjun
Okay mom.. I'll hang up now. I need to eat
(Yeonjun) Mom
Okay son, take good care of yourself.. And always remember, mom and dad are so proud of you.

Yeonjun hung up and had dinner, and went to sleep while chatting with his friends
It was Sunday. Hueningkai woke up to the knocking sound on his door
He twisted and turned yawning

Ummmmm.... Who is it?
Hueningkai asked as he slowly opened his eyes
He had a raspy voice since he just woke up
(Hueningkai) Mom
Open up would ya!!
She shouted from the other side
As soon as he heard the person's voice, hueningkai jumped out of the bed and ran to the door. He had the biggest smile on his face
Tears started to occupy his beautiful eyes. He swung open the door and hugged the person that was in front of him..
(Hueningkai) Mom
Aww.. I missed you too honey
His mother patted his back as her son started to cry

I thought I'd never see you again
Hueningkai pulled away and wiped his tears.
Hueningkai
Are you okay now!? Do you hurt anywhere?!
He asked his mother who was smiling at him
She was happy to see that her son hasn't changed a bit
(Hueningkai) Mom
I'm perfectly fine
His mother held his hand and took him out of his room
(Hueningkai) Dad
Were you looking for me?
Hueningkai's father was standing in the living room holding two bags in his hands

Finallyyy!!!.... So... What did you bring me?
(Hueningkai)Bro
Oh, it seems he didn't miss me at all
Hueningkai turned around to see where the sound was coming from
Hueningkai hugged his hyung and sat down and had a little talk
(Hueningkai) Mom
Where's you aunt?
(Hueningkai) Mom
Isn't she here with you?
Hueningkai
Maybe she went to do some shopping
They talked for a few minutes, and settled in and took a shower
His aunt returned from shopping and was surprised to see her family there
They were talking happily, and Hueningkai was the happiest
He had been longing for that moment for the past 6 months
He went to the kitchen and was getting some water to drink, when he saw a shadow move across the room
He wasn't sure of what he saw, so he searched a little and found that there was nothing there
He shrugged it off and went back to his family
...On the other side, Soobin was not having the best day so far
He was getting scolded by his mother. She didn't like that he was spending time with Yeonjun
For the past 3 years, Soobin has been getting scolded by his mother every time he spends time with Yeonjun outside school
And today, he was getting scolded for two things at once. Soobin is the top student in his class
he always got full marks on his tests. But he didn't do that well this time
He hid the results from his mother for a week
But she found out about it
