"Hello, where are you?" Boun is calling Prem because he has an appointment to come to the hospital for lunch with Rin today.

"I'm downstairs at the hospital, I'll be up right away." Prem replied, "Okay, I'll wait for you in the office." When Prem came in, Boun was chatting with the nurse inside at the nurse's station at the stairway.
