A FRIENDLY VISIT

Ivy's POV

I just arrived at Aubrey's house. I also stopped by the mall earlier to buy her favorite grapes. I knocked twice and she immediately opened it. She smiled as soon as she saw the grapes\, yes she loves grapes more than me *tear drops** just kidding:)*

" Yieeee Ivyyy! you really love me"

"yeah and you really love the grapes more than me"

" Oww my little twinnie you know i love you.....but i cant live without grapes HAHAHAHA"

"lets go stroll in the mall twinnie I'm very bored\, i got an update that the new album of my oppa's has been released lets go!" -Aubrey *with a puppy eye*

"you and you K-pop thing errr okay lets go i will also buy something for my parents help me to pick some good stuff okay?" *me*

" Alright lets go shopping!!!" *shouting*

Mygod!! she's shouting and i think my ears are gonna explode any minute. *just kidding*.

we are now at the XXXX mall to buy some merch that Aubrey want. Aubrey is a very good friend, she wears clothes according to her mood like me yeah neverminded. When people have a first look at her some people will think she's little bit bitchy but the truth is that she is a very jolly person. sometimes she just doesn't want to talk when she knows that the person is just fooling her around or she's not interested at all.

its been two years since i met her and little by little i could see her good and bad habits. I love Aubrey because she is so pure when it cones to friendship.

We stop by at the Starbucks to buy some coffee, obviously because its getting cold but even if its not cold i also buy myself a coffee, i am a coffee lover, i love the smell of coffee, the color, the texture and everything about coffee..... yeah i love coffee as **** HAHAHA. While Aubrey was ordering coffee, I took a vacant seat. After I sat down, I peeked through the glass window to see the passing vehicles and because the Starbucks is on the second floor of the mall and the window is glass i have a total view of the passing cars. Aubrey called me from the counter and asked if I want a piece cake and i immediately answered

"yes a two slice of strawberry cake please" *smiled*

she just nodded and smile back. after a minute the waiter serve us the coffee and cake that we ordered. I love strawberries especially when it is fresh. i don't know why so don't ask me.*just kidding*

"Ivy would you like to come with me at the fan signing next week?"*Aubrey*

"You know I'm not a fan of that and I'm sure I'll have a lot more to do I'm busy in the next few days twinnie\, I came to visit you today so we can enjoy and have some quality time while I'm not busy\, by the way I'm leaving for london tomorrow morning" *convincing her*

"why twinnie did something bad happen to your company there? do you have an emergency meeting in London?" *worried*

I laughed and said "no, mom called me yesterday and she said she misses me so I'm going to London tomorrow morning. I still have two days left on vacation so I can still visit them"

"Oww. I thought you have a problem in your company. it's only right that you visit aunt\, she hasn't seen you for three months " *realizing*

" I still have three days of vacation left before I can be busy with my company and the flight is probably only 11 hours so yeah, I decided to visit them"

"Be careful okay?" *Aubrey*

"yes i will* smile

After we talked and finished eating, we decided to go down to the parking lot to pick up my car. I will take Aubrey to her house first then I will go to my house here in Korea. My house here in Korea is quite big for one person, it has two bedrooms upstairs, a spacious living room downstairs and a marble kitchen, the back has a swimming pool. The color and design of my house is vintage because for me it calms the atmosphere in my house. While I was driving, Audrey connected her cellphone to the speaker in my car and played a K-pop song again. I didn't complain because I understand some Korean language anyway and I'm definitely not a hater.

"Do you know that my oppa's is not only handsome but also good at making people laugh?" *Aubrey in an exciting voice"

"Oww are they also entertainers? hahaha" *me jokingly Asking*

"maybe because they make videos to keep their fans updated. I like how they treat their fans and surely they have a unique voice."

" yeah i can tell by listening to their music" *convinced*

"Do you want to hear some of their solo music? then sing it to me i know you have a good voice twinnie" *her he comes again:/*

"i don't have time to memorize a lyrics Aubrey but you can play it now if you want to"

"okay listen to this and you will fall in love with his voice"

I stopped the car first because it was red light then Aubrey played the song..

*I continue driving when the green light's appear*

'his voice was beautiful and very deep' *i suddenly whispered in my mind*

"its beautiful" *I said*

"yeah\, I told you"*smile**Aubrey*

We reached the gate of Aubrey's house after he got out of the car I opened the window of my car to say goodbye.

"안녕히 계세요 (Goodbye)" *me*

"잘 운전하다 (Drive well)" *Aubrey*

"i will\, bye!" *closes the car window*

She waited for me to leave before She entered her house. When I arrived at the house, I immediately went to the second floor to take a bath. The second floor of the house was wide, so I equipped it with a mini gym. The master's bedroom is my bedroom obviously because I am the owner. I have a balcony here in my bedroom and the sliding door is made of transparent glass. I designed my room to make me feel comfortable around. After I took a bath I took my suitcase so I could pack some clothes that I will use when I go to London. I also prepared my passport so I won't forget it tomorrow.

I wore an oversize t-shirt and mine shorts then after I packed my things I went down to the kitchen to make something to eat. i cooked fried chicken and rice because it was easier to cook. I prepared hot sauce and took milk from the refrigerator after I went to the living room to watch Evett's report. When I'm not with the company all day, Evett reports to me using a video call every night so I'm always updated so I'm always updated on what's happening in my company.

"Good evening ma'am ivy" *Evett*

"So how's the company?" *me*

"On Monday\, February 01\, 2021 ma'am i scheduled your appointment with Mr. Sanchez\, he said that he wants to have an appointment with you for the reason that he invest in our company and on Wednesday February 03\,2021\, you have a board meeting with the shareholders. Just a reminder ma'am that you have already accumulated a lot of proposals in your office so you need to come back ASAP" *evett with a serious face with the straight to the point topic*

This is what I want from her because she is a very diligent secretary

"Okay, I will go to Korea on Monday morning. This Tuesday coming Tuesday (january 26,2021) , I will visit dad and mom in London first before I get too busy at work"

"Thank you for updating me evett\, i will increase your salary for your good work when I came back from London"*smile*

"it's my pleasure ma'am ivy thank you" and there I saw her sweet smile

"how are you now ma'am? did you rest well?"*Evett*

I chuckled and responded " How can I relax when there are so many business calls you connect to my cell phone?" *jokingly said*

"I'm sorry ma'am i cant delay the call because. some business calls are from our important investors" *in a formal speech*

"I'm just kidding you hahaha. I have repeatedly told you not to be formal when you talk to me so that we don't count on each other. we're the same age so it's okay not to use honorifics okay?" *me convincing her*

"Yes ma'am I will try" * forced sweet smile"

"Grrr your making me crazy Evett" laughing

"don't force a smile when you don't want to\, okay? " *a genuine smile*

"yes ma'am i understand\, thank you for your advice" *gives me a real smile*

"there you go" *greeted her smile* " goodbye evett I'm going to bed early cause i have a flight tomorrow\, i have to rest to gain some energy"

"okay ma'am good bye and good night\, take care and stay safe when traveling" *ended video call*

When I met evett she was a very shy person but what i liked was her honesty. During her interview I asked her if she had experience of being a secretary and she immediately replied and said (I have no experience ma'am but if I am accepted here as your secretary I will be diligent to gain experience and be a good secretary to you) she is not like other applying secretaries who brag about themselves and being arrogant when answering the questions I ask. Ivy is shy and at the same time smart, hardworking, and polite, she has been working for my company for 1 over year.

I drank the remaining milk from my glass then I took the plate that was on the table to wash i.e. brushed and took a cup of water from the refrigerator and drank it then I went up to the second floor to rest in my room. It was 9 pm so I decided to go to sleep.
