First of all there is the founders. They have full control over the community.
They are the ones who started the community. They help others when needed and are committed to the community.

We have the adminstrators. They can come up with good ideas and help the founders with making awards or contests. They are always willing to help and love to participate in teamworking activities.
The mostly run the information category.(They'll mostly be helping on the discord and hangout)

We also have the managers. They step in when the admins are not around. They also are the heads for the other positions. They keep each position they manage organized. (They'll mostly help in our discord and hangout severs)

There are the writers! They are intelligent and can come up with amazing stories. They help us write the awards or competitions we make. They are always ready to try something new.

And there are the editors. They help the Writers edit the books they write. They can help make the book be more dramatic or romantic. To be an editor you should be an experienced writer. We do need a professional, only if we get lucky.

And there is the award host. They host the awards or graphic competitions we make. They announce awards given to the participants. They should be ambitious and focused, so they will get their job done.

We also have our interviewers. They would help interview different authors and help them and their stories get known to the world.
This would allow us to express the author's opinion of their books.

We can also have the promoters. They will help promote the participants books and the community itself and get it known to the world. They won't let anything stop them or get in their way.

We also need the permanent judges. They judge awards or graphics that we make. They check out to see if the book truly deserve it's praises. They should be honest about them and are not biased over one and won't take bribes easily. And must have a lot of experience in reading books.

Aries are the reviewers. They read through the participant's books. They would be divided I to categories like
Those who would look through the Romance, action, Horror, Fantasy etc Genres and stories of Participants.
They also review the winners of awards or other competition.

We would also love to have the graphic designers. They make the graphics for our community. Graphics for book covers or art itslef.
They are the dreamers of the community, full of creativity. They can fantasize anything from what is real and what is not. They are stuck between fantasy and reality.

And then we would love to have members. They don't need Hangouts or Discord.(Bit it would be much appreciated if they could join our discord sever)
They just participate in our awards or contests. They can also be helpful though. They are always on some quest for knowledge and can help and learn at the same time.
And they can also chat and have fun on our discord server.
