Chapter 2

*Anna's pov*

I made it.

**** yeah!

Even though I woke up late, I managed to take a shower, got dressed in a minute, skipped breakfast and ran like a maniac to college and saved myself from being late.

My college is far from my home and as I can't afford to take a bus so I walk to College every day. I enjoy walking to college btw not that it bothers me or anything. It is much better than wasting my money on college transportation.

The wind howls as the students arrive through the gates, hustling, bustling down the corridors. I walk towards the grey college building past the frolicking students and their rubbish snob chatter. The monotone buzz of several - hundred voice hummed like an orchestra of deadbeat droids.

"Anna!"  Raven's holler reaches from behind me. She walks up to me in all her tan glory and Auburn halo.

"Hey!" I smile at her.

"Tf are you screaming for?" Raven's cut off by Fabia before she could say something else.

"Oh my god!" Fabia screams in my ear *ironic* and I give her a glare for piercing my ear with her loud scream. But her eyes are trailed on something behind me.

Raven and I turn around to see a silver-grey Mercedes S600 pull into the parking lot. Woah!

Angela Ross , the popular girl of our college is the first to get out. She is beautiful. She is fair almost to the extreme of golden blondness. Her features are small and perfectly related, her nose delicately interrogative at the tip. Her brows and lashes drawn in a darker hue, gave touches of character and distinction. She is rich, beautiful, sweet. She is a perfect combination.

"He's hot!" Fabia breathes by my side. A black boot covered foot slips out from the backseat.

I look up slowly from the boot to the bespectacled annoyed eyes of Ace Greyson. He has tousled dark black hair, which is thick and lustrous. His eyes are a mesmerising ocean blue, flecks of silver light performing ballets throughout. His face is strong and defined, his features moulded from granite. He has dark eyebrows, which scoped downwards in a serious expression. He has that high bridged nose and soft sharp lips that are very attractive and captivating. He has the kind of face that will stop you in your tracks.

I guess he must have got used to the sudden pause in a person's natural expression when they looked his way. Followed by overcompensation with a nonchalant gaze and a weak smile.

Angela sidled up to him and wounded her arm through his. He gave her that cute smile and she smiled back.

"How the hell is he so damn cute."  Raven sighs beside me.

"You three look stupid drooling over him." Noah said teasing us.

"**** off!" Fabia let's out.

"Oh! Looks like someone took a piss in her fruit loops this morning." - Noah spoke mimicking fabias voice, raising his shoulders.

"Gross!" Raven and I giggle

"You--" Fabia growls.

"Our first period is about to start, let's go."  Noah speaks cutting Fabia in the middle, putting his arms around me and ravens shoulder.

Three. Two. One

Finally...  It was time for lunch.

"Don't forget to complete the assignment." Mr Matthew said.

I slung my backpack over my shoulder and picked up my books looking at raven who was still toiling with her books.

After she was finally finished. We all walked towards the cafeteria.

The cafeteria was a cacophony of loud chatter, each table a cosseted huddle of people raising their voices to be heard above the din.

A hatch connecting the cafeteria to the kitchen was opened and smell of chips and baked beans came wafting in, we lined up across the back - wall with white Formica trays in our hands, kicking the wall with our toes, leaning on it as we shuffled along. The lunches weren't much to look at but the desserts were great! We walked and sat around an octagonal table ready to stuff ourselves.

"Soo... Do you know about the party that Angela is throwing."  Raven spoke breaking the silence.

"Yeah! I  heard It's Tonight." Noah replied.

"We're gonna enjoy tonight."  Raven spoke with a big grimace. Making her look stupid.

I smiled glaring at her face. When I suddenly realized she said "we".

"Not me! I am out."  I spoke grabbing everyone's attention on the table.
